The location is very nice, it is big resort with pools, restaurants, it is massive. Come only if like massive resorts. We enjoyed a lot. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

I booked single room for two nights, but because they were full, they arranged me in a two-bedroom room which is suitable for families i think. It's a very professionally run hotel with spacious and well-lit rooms. The room was equipped with a kettle, coffee, and tea etc. I noticed thorough cleaning by dedicated staffs, which is trustworthy, but the first room I was assigned had some red droplet stains on the floor that hadn't been cleaned. I assumed It was a mistake, and they quickly sent someone to clean it. The ground floor has a restaurant, and the included breakfast is very friendly. It's best to go early to avoid the crowds; as a foreigner, it's hard to compete with locals, which got me annoyed, but the restaurant staff were very considerate and helped me get food and even allowed me to take it back to my room - very much appreciated. The food prices are also reasonable, so I recommend dining at the hotel. I stayed at another hotel for one night due to lack of availability here, and compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, this one is much better. It's a great choice considering the overall price and reviews. I can't speak for the single room setup, but the bedding and decor should be consistent. Highly recommended.

Windy Terrace came highly recommended by a friend who had stayed there a few years ago. And the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Located in the heart of the Cox Bazar corporate region (right opposite Ocean's Paradise), Windy Terrace may be described as an oasis of comfort, security, and peace of mind. The hotel is just off the main street so it is quite peaceful. The rooms are well equipped with all the modern amenities that you can expect in a good hotel. The food is exquisite, much better than some of the nearby hotels and I would highly recommend it. However, what makes Windy Terrace special are its staff- each and every single person from room service, to the restaurant staff, to the security personnel to reception- every single person seems genuinely dedicated to making their guest's stay pleasant without any expectation. I stayed there for a little more than a week and the service or the warmth never waivered once. This is very symbolic of Cox's Bazar in general where people are genuinely warm and friendly towards guests. I would especially recommend Windy Terrace to solo travellers as well as families.

Everything men build in Cox's Bazar is good..but the people who actually lives there discriminates a lot spc the auto rickshaw drivers,the camera person in beach.beware of them.as soon they find u speaking not their native lingo they'll tore u apart with three times the rate!

    It’s the most desired tourist destination of the nation...

    It’s the most desired tourist destination of the nation having the world’s longest sea beach. It’s wise not to waste much time travelling the city, it’s quite typical. Better, concentrate on relaxing by the beach which will give you a unique feel every time. If possible, visit the beach in different times of the day (and night). Now the District Administration also has taken initiatives to make the stay and travel comfortable for the tourists. It means, now the security system and cleanliness of the beach area has improved a lot.

    Love to be back every year.

    Love to be back every year. This time experienced train journey from Dhaka to Cox Bazar for the first time. For food Poushi & Shalik restaurants are always top in chart. Never forget to visit old working place at Marine drive road.
