1 - I stayed in this hotel in august 2023,, reached the hotel very late in the night ( around 12 or 1 am). 2- The hotel from outside looked like a residential building , it was very hard to find the hotel as there were no signages at all. 3- The reception was very small ,cluttered , the staff was professional . 4- Room was on the 1st floor , so took the stairs ( don't think there was any lift , not sure though ) . 5 - the room was big , toilet was small , some toiletries were provided not good quality. 6- Did not have the breakfast in morning . 7- The Air conditioning was good .

This was my third stay at Lakeshore Heights, and each time it just gets better! The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Sumptuous breakfast buffet - vast selection of local and international items to choose from. The team are incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make me feel at home. Many thanks to Sagor, Saquieb, Priyanka and everyone at Lakeshore Heights - my home away from home in Dhaka. The best boutique hotel in town - can't recommend it enough!

Clean room, great breakfast, good internet, nice pool

Staffs were very supportive and helpful. Food was okay.

Nice Hotel, great location, Clean & friendly staff

Well managed, very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast, very clean. I stayed multiple days and every day it was kept impeccable clean and comfortable. Quiet street as well as Dhaka can be noisy. Thank you also for the wonderful atmosphere and lunch at Eid.

Room, breakfast, staff, everything was amazing

It was really well located so it was east to get around, the room was clean and had a balcony which was nice. They also gave me some fruit which was complimentary. AC, shower everything worked.

Very safe and good location. The facility is bit old but good maintenance condition.

A great hotel in the wonderful Gulshan 1 district. A short walk from the main tias where you are surrounded by everything you need. Clean, comfortable with tremendous staff! Thank you so much for a great stay.
