Everything and breakfast was excellent I would highly recommend this place

Room was clean. Fridge, glasses, small table and one chair is in the room. Host was very caring. Recommended dinner place which was worth. There is small kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, plates, cups, tea on the ground floor. There are also medicaments which was nice.

We were passing through Shumen, stayed overnight - everything was comfortable. On the ground floor there is a dining room with delicious Bulgarian cuisine. There are no breakfasts, but lunch and dinner are great!

10/10 clean room and restaurant with very good food

We got the big Appartment on the 4th floor. Very spacious anc comfortable with a big double beams and a full kitchen. Great location in the Center of the town.

Owner of the hotel and his wife are very friendly people. They hosted me very nicely. The room was very clean and cossy. Wifi connection is quite good. The room was very large.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms clean and very nice and the people from the hotel are extremely nice and friendly, we came in the early morning at the day of our check in and the woman at the receptiom let us come earlier into our room. 100% recommended for stays in Shumen.

Clean place, cozy, free wifi, nice breakfast. Parking was on the street and free, but there was plenty of room. The best thing was the people and the vibe. Fantastic place. The personal were wery helpful and kind. Please continue to be same!

Very friendly and helpful manager. He helped with my bags, gave me free coffee and a bottle of water. The location is very central and yet quiet. Excellent value.

There wasn't a little towel for the face. The stairs were very strange, each was a different height from the another.

We had a wonderful stay at Enza Suites. The room was very clean and modern, and the location was very close to the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect, and the room was spotless. We will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended to everyone!

The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was spacious, had two beds, and was very clean and cozy. The air conditioning is very good and you don’t have to wait to use warm water in the bathroom. There is a free WiFi, a TV and a refrigerator. very close to the train station and the supermarket. It‘s an amazing choice that you can’t believe at this price. It would be definitely the best hotel in Shumen.
