The nicest, kindest, most flexible host/staff EVER despite extremely late checkin :) Very nice, firm matresses. Clean and modern rooms. Great cityviews from private balcony. Aircondition well functioning. Escalator HUGE plus for me as disabled. Also as an architecture lover I think this is a beautiful, interesting building from an important time period. The place, the room, the staff were perfect. I am very happy with the host, he was so kind, explained everything and helped with everything needed because we were with a baby. We had also very nice cherries to try from Kiustendil. Extremely recommended!
