I had initially booked to stay in Lunenburg, but canceled to stay here, and I'm so glad I did. This is a gorgeous little spot. We were warmly greeted by Marc on our arrival and given a tour of the property. Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette (complete with microwave popcorn...nice touch!) We all enjoyed playing with the dogs and sitting out on the dock with a drink - my son and I even took a dip in the LaHave. We would definitely come back if in the area.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in a spacious, well-furnished, and fully equipped apartment. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and every day we were treated to delicious homemade muffins—such a sweet touch! The apartment had a toaster, a small fridge, and all the basics for a self-catering breakfast, but a little kitchen would have made things even better.

The receptionist Joanna was very welcoming and just a joy to chat with.The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable . I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a very friendly environment and comfortable place to stay. I give a 10 out of 10 and will stay there anytime we are in the area. For a Bed & Breakfast, the two twin room was very roomy. In fact, the ensuite bath was very huge and I found out later that this was formerly a small room in the house. You rarely find a room in a Bed & Breakfast that offers two beds. Alicion did not only offer one but provided ample space.
