Conveniently located off Highway 3, this Grand Forks motel offers private beach access. Free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and a microwave are provided in all rooms. Phenix Ski Hill is 26 mi away. the backyard was perfect place to sit with our friends after a day of riding our motorcycles and have pizza delivered.
Conveniently located off Highway 3, this Grand Forks motel offers free Wi-Fi. A refrigerator and a microwave are provided in rooms and BBQ facilities are on site. Especially because of covid, this motel provided a safe & very comfortable home away from home. We really liked the location, quietness and how close it was to the little downtown. Our 2 recommendations for eating would be the Wooden Spoon for breakfast & the Clyde Pub for dinner: outstanding food & service. Also, our check in host was very friendly and welcoming.
Conveniently located next to new TIM HORTONS on Highway 3, this Grand Forks motel provides free Wi-Fi in all areas. A cable TV is offered in each guest room. The owner waited for us till around 11:30 pm as our check-in was late, he was very helpful. We had a good conversation with the owner lady as well, she was very talkative.
Luna Bed & Breakfast has accommodations with a garden and free WiFi, and is located in Grand Forks. Every unit has a private bathroom and shower, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. There was no breakfast due to Covid worries. A few snacks were provided. The location was good with everything within walking distance.
Hi you all I don't think that the rooms are worth what he is charging. Because the room that I stayed in smelled, there was burned marks on the carpet the bedding was a joke. I stayed on the second floor to me the stairs need to be replaced or upgraded with proper indoor and outdoor carpet. This is my story. No coffee in the room and not breakfast available.
Our B and B has great ease of access to the Columbia Western Rail Trail. We cycled north to Christina Lake and back on a beautiful sunny fall day. There are choices for coffee venues dinner options and a couple of substantial supermarkets.
Grand Forks is an interesting small city. It is recovering from a disasterous 2018 flood. Some businesses are coming back or being established. Friendly and easy to get around. Only a couple of reasonable restaurants, several grocery stores, not much for bars / entertainment.
It was easy to get to and I have enjoyed my stays at least twice in the past 10 years. Those trips were driving through trips, this one was a drive up and drive back the next day after picking up my new puppy. The one thing I did not remember or it is new due to Covid 19, therefore not an issue when we went through before is the fact that a lot of restaurants are only open Thursday to Sunday. Disappointing for us when the place that would have satisfied both my granddaughter and I was not openh.
Grand Forks is a small town with not a lot of choice. We have stayed at this property before and have found it to be the only one suitable. Many of the restaurants are closed because of Covid, and the only one open that was recommended was not much good. The town is so small that it is easy to get around. Stay there if you can - they are obviously suffering and need your help.
Cute little town with deer everywhere. It's nice and walkable. A short drive out of town gives you great views of the landscape. As it's a small town, things close early, although there is a grocery store that is open later.
Might be the best hotel in Grand Forks. Good rate, clean & comfortable room, close enough to town. Heating & Air Conditioning work fine! No trouble with the Booking.com reservation - they had my room ready.
I have stayed here now many times over the past few years and have always found it excellent in all respects. In fact I don't look anywhere else in Grand Forks.
The staff was very kind and accommodating. The renovations are really adding value to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Grand Forks, BC.
This is a clean, friendly and comfortable hotel. It is a great place to stop when you are on a road trip and is close to TIm Horton’s for breakfast.
The hotel has a great location. Its also within walking distance of great restaurant. We enjoyed the river which runs behind the hotel.
Very convenient to downtown Grand Forks . Very cozy with comfortable beds.
