Located in Hope, Park Motel has a garden. The property has free private parking and free WiFi. The motel is set back on a quiet street and very clean. The staff were great and had the room ready for us on arrival. They even had my request for a ground floor room ready. We would stay here again.
Located 45 minutes’ drive from Manning Park Ski Resort, this Hope motel offers guest rooms with free WiFi. The towering rock walls and roaring waters of Hell’s Gate are 34 mi away. Easy access, quiet, clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone that has not been here before, well worth it.
Hope Inn and Suites is 30 mi from Harrison Hot Spring. All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is included. Hell's Gate Airtram is 40 minutes' drive away. Super clean with lovely staff. My son was left stranded in Hope after the highways were all closed due to mudslides. The staff were caring and made sure he had a safe place to stay while we waited out the weather. I would highly recommend staying here.
This Hope bed and breakfast features views of the Coquihalla and Fraser Rivers and surrounding Cascade mountains. A private balcony is provided in each guest room. Hope town center is 1.2 mi away. Elegant house, friendly hostess, clean, with a very comfortable bed and a world-class view of the Hope Valley.
Othello Tunnels are just 10 minutes’ drive from this Hope bed and breakfast. A fireplace, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen cable TV are featured in all rooms. We thanks to Christian to introduce to Tacker regional park where we saw salmons in the creek. Also we like the breakfast especially the yogurt is so delicious !
I really liked Kibo the Japanese Restaurant, checking out the River and adjacent trails, the views of these huge mountains from the Starbucks in town, and that everyone in this town is very service orientated and friendly.
Hope, the town, is a jumping off point for the nature around it. If you came to see Hope, there's not much to see. Some cool wood sculptures, a nice little central park. But that's all she wrote. Oh, there's also a wood sculpture of Rambo. They shot First Blood there 40 years ago. It's a nice basic town, and everyone seems friendly.
It was just an overnight stop to break up the drive because of weather coming home from Vancouver to the West Kootenays, it's not usually a place where I would need to stay. But the location of the room & the fact of having a suite available with multiple people was wonderful. Rolly's restaurant is right across the street. We had great food there as well as great service! Highly recommended.
Hope was very pleasant and I liked the old fashioned town with wooden carvings everywhere. I like Mr. Jolly the restaurant. I liked the Museum. I was interested in the Hope Slide. I like Kawakawa Lake. There were plenty of place to walk but I had bad feet so could only walk two blocks. It was sad to see that only 20 percent of the shops were open. The pool at the hotel was not open at this time of year but when we went three week ago and it was and I had plenty of time to do lengths, Little cold at the beginning but once you got those lengths going it was warm. It also had decorations around which made it homey, Towels were available. Front Desk Staff were great, Very helpful in relation to motel but did not know much about Hope. There were no pamphlets just on Hope, Oh well we gradually found them. Reminder bring your own plates and celery and cups as there are none. Leave your computer at home as there is really no wifi. Much more relaxing than being connected to the computer, Overall I would give Hope and Motel a 9/10. This was the Slumber Lodge Motel.
Coming from Saskatchewan and during the covid pandemic, Hope is a cute little town, yet it is so beautiful and quiet. I absolutely loved it, last time I was here was in 1996. Hell's Gate Airtram was excellent and it wasn't too far from the town of Hope, gorgeous drive in that area. -sb
I like having stroll @ the downtown centre with the wooden statue of RAMBO (first blood) as one of the tourist attraction of downtown Hope. I like the Wallace St. vicinity. Nice to stroll at the park nearby the municipal hall, which is also equipped with clean washrooms & water fountain.. Due to the Pandemic crisis, I recommend to just ordered food @ nearby Subway & dined in at a nearby public park. Getting around Hope is easy & convenient. Enjoy a stay in HOPE.. On the next visit we should avoid carrying things of which I felt unnecessary.
High Hopes B & B is beautiful. The house is very tastefully decorated and the views from all the windows are breathtaking. The check in was very easy, Pauline was so welcoming and accommodating. A superb host! Our room was so comfortable and we enjoyed the views from the lovely veranda. The breakfast provided was delicious - what a great way to start the day. we highly recommend this B&B - it has given us a whole new appreciation of Hope and the surrounding area. We will be back!
Sadly we were not too impressed with this motel. I liked that the room was a good size and had all the basic amenities, fridge, microwave, TV, etc. The best part was the location, right across from a brewery :).
Loved the eclectic decor on the bed, so not your typical standard hotel look. The king size bed was very comfortable. New flooring and a nice large room. An older motel, with a good level of care.
Park hotel was very very clean and front counter greeter was very friendly.. Our new go to Motel when we are passing thru Hope BC Would recommend to anyone
I like that people just keep to themselves. It’s got tons of character. And is pet friendly. It did it for us!
Cheap. Pillows were varying sizes so I could choose one I liked.
It was easy to find and appeared to be the best choice in Hope.
room was clean, staff friendly and hotel easy to find
The location is definitely a highlight with insanely beautiful views and serene feel in the valley at riverside at the base of several mountains. Excellent service and the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved the lounge chairs out front snd the huge cedar tree directly over our balcony entrance.
This lovely, rustic and huge log home can sleep up to 8 people but my husband and I had it all to ourselves! The lodging is upstairs with a private entrance. and laundry and cafe downstairs. Nice outdoor deck as well. Highly recommend!
We thanks to Christian to introduce to Tacker regional park where we saw salmons in the creek. Also we like the breakfast especially the yogurt is so delicious !
close to everywhere, quiet setting
