The location on the lake is idyllic. The grounds were pristine and relaxing with ambient music playing. The hotel itself is in an old Victorian mansion and each room is decorated beautifully. My room was comfortable and the bed was amazing. I enjoyed my room as it had a balcony that overlooked the pools and the lake. They greeted me when I arrived with a glass of champagne. I do not speak French, and they were very helpful and patience while explaining my room and the spa to me. Breakfast was delicious and delivered at the time requested.

Everything was perfect. Clean. Easy communication. The appartement was well equipped. The location is great, just a couple of minutes from Lac Megantic. In the appartement we had a lot of recommendations of places to go and what to do.
