Featuring an indoor pool with a water slide and hot tub, this hotel is located just off the Sea-to-Sky Highway in Squamish. Vancouver is an hour drive south away. An on-site restaurant is available. Room was comfortable and close to what we needed. I use this hotel often for people for work as it across the street. Very good - with pool and restaurant.

This pet-friendly hotel is located off the Sea & Sky Highway and is 2 miles from downtown Squamish. The hotel offers a gym and rooms with a flat-screen TV. Very new and clean hotel. We had a corner room and it was spacious and comfortable. It even had a little kitchen area. Our stay was very quite and relaxing, we couldn't hear the cars even though hwy 99 is very close.

Restaurants and breweries with a hometown feeling. Walmart made it easy to pick up groceries or anything else needed. We walked to a brewery where we happened to meet a fun group that lived locally. We then joined them at a different fun local hangout. We ate at a restaurant there on the edge of the river. It is known as eagle lookout. When the Salmon run the eagles put on a display as they use their talons to pull them from the water for their meal.
Squamish isn't a bad location if one is looking for a cheap alternative to Whistler. It's about 45 minutes away, at lower elevation (sea level, actually), and between Vancouver & Whistler. Plenty of restaurants and stores, but many of the restaurants close at 8:00pm
I grew up in Squamish. I like to travel alone, one way I judge a restaurant is how they treat single diners, the brew pub does not like single diners. I was sat at the bar offered a beer, then ignored for twenty minutes, no offer of a menu. I walked out. The town is great but I ran into the same problem in a lot of restaurants. I will visit again of course, I have friends there, and my parents are buried there.
We loved our room on 4th floor facing the green space. Had a fabulous trip exploring the area and meeting friends of our Quest graduate granddaughter. On 2nd day we discovered the Watershed - what an amazing setting .
My latest trip was just there to pick up my son from college at Quest for summer break. I am so glad he goes to school there because it’s a great school in the most beautiful area that I now have an excuse to visit often. The Sea to Sky Gondola is so great. Next winter I’m bringing my snowshoes up there!!!
So happy we gave pricey Whistler a miss & little Squamish a chance. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, than Squamish is for you! They don’t call it the Outdoor Adventure Capital of Canada for nothing! There is so much to do here, that we will have to come back a few times to check it all off our list. The Adventure Center turned out to be great resource. Loved the 4 Lakes Hike & the Spit.

We stayed in one of the hotel style rooms rather than the main hostel. The room was excellent, staff and atmosphere friendly. A good place for walkers as well as more serious climbers. Easy access to facilities in town, which were only a short way away. Very clean and excellent value for money. A good base for exploring the Squamish area. Plenty of car parking space available.

I stay here whenever I'm in Squamish or I book for my family. The staff are very friendly and the location is great. The kids like the pool. It's basic but has a slide and they have fun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The Timberwolf is a great family restaurant.

Excellent little hotel, everything we needed for a night while travelling, easy to park, shops around and a bar nearby with live music in the evening. But not noisy. We went up in the gondola nearby and had amazing walks and views. Totally recommend!
