We had a very positive experience during our stay here, especially thanks to the incredible staff. I would like to specifically thank Amandeep Ji and Namneet ji for being so kind, cooperative, and supportive when we needed some medical assistance. They went out of their way to help us, made thoughtful exceptions with our check-out time, and ensured all our needs were taken care of during that period. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a difficult situation much easier for us. Thank you for such warm and thoughtful service.

I loved the view from my room. I liked that when I had difficulty with anything maintenance was sent up to fix it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the pub was really good. Room service was good.

I tend to like more places in nature not in towns.

I tend to like more places in nature not in towns. My tours were cancelled so I had extra time I didn’t plan on. Majestic Tours was great though as he took me on a private tour of the Cabot trail to Green Cove for my original price.

What a quaint place to visit, the Port of Sydney, the Big...

What a quaint place to visit, the Port of Sydney, the Big Fiddle, the boardwalk and the shopping was great. I was there during the Celtic Festival and had a great time. When the cruise ships are docked, there is small vendors open for shopping and I found some great items for purchase. It was easy to get around the city, although at the time of our visit, there was some construction going on, which slowed down the traffic. All in all i would love to come back in the future!!

When I left (For the second year running) there are no facilities to obtain refreshments if you have a long wait. (I arrived because of check out time 11:30 and the flight did not leave until 16:45) That is a long wait without the ablitly to have some refreshments.

Sydney has a nice heritage section, worth visiting.

Sydney has a nice heritage section, worth visiting. It is also only a short drive from the Louisbourg Fortress, where costumed characters give visitors interesting stories of the French settlers in the 1700s and descendants of the indigenous inhabitants tell their customs. Several other historical venues, as well as beautiful drives are near Sydney.

Sydney is noticeably dirty in tourist areas along waterfront and main streets, no apparent effort to clean up litter and cigarette butts in public and business areas. We found it curious that they’re doing improvements in some downtown area and yet past improvements are left to deteriorate. Especially benches and fencing near and around the waterfront. Another thing that really stood out was the lack of apparent event planning. There were at least 3 events going on while we were there and it was virtually impossible to get to the event we attended on the waterfront.

The people are so friendly, always happy to talk with you...

The people are so friendly, always happy to talk with you and help where needed. All the bus drivers were so helpful. Restaurants we visited served good food, friendly staff. Spent our time at World Curling event, met wonderful locals and nice visitors "from away"

Dated place: floor cover dirty with stains like someone died on it; room was stinky, sink was bloked water wouldn't drain down, pool full of CLOR in the way you can not breath in that room; gym equipment old and rusty pool table old and you need to pay for it, hot tub not working.
