Absolutely loved everything about this Hotel . Great location close to the city . With restaurants close by . The staff who welcomed us and who booked us out in the morning were just the most professional, polite and helpful of any hotel reception I have ever stayed . Nothing was too much trouble . The room has everything and an apple Mac. So clean , and the most comfortable bed . Breakfast was everything I needed . I hope we can get a room when we return to Montreal at the end of our holiday. Thank you to all the reception staff .

We had a lovely stay in Montreal. The room and bathroom were clean, and we really enjoyed the charming manoir-style decorations. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful, they even stored our luggage after checkout, which was really nice. The location is nearby the bus station. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Staff were lovely. Immaculate hotel. Great facilities. Fridge in room and some rooms have kitchenettes. Was perfectly placed for our trip as we did not want to be too central. Good access to Uber so getting anywhere was easy. Will definitely return when we visit Montreal in the summer.

Short walk from the main dining/shopping street in old town Montreal, clean and safe neighborhood. Secured entry with elevators. Large and super comfortable and well equipped apartment. Bed was extremely comfortable (i wish i could just stay in bed all day). The apartment had everything for short or even extended stay (TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, coffee makers and coffee pods, tea, toaster, water filter, large fridge/freezer combo, plenty of extra towels…) Having all the instructions available on a website was a good plus too.

Famous for their name, it's no surprise that the Ritz-Carlton is considered one of the best hotels in Montreal. Situated in downtown Montreal, it's a great place to book if you plan on visiting the area. From the staff, service, room and cleanliness, you'll have a near perfect experience and if there's any issues, don't hesitate to contact the reception. I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Arlene who emailed me before our stay to see if I needed anything extra. She made sure our stay would have a little extra touch to make it even more special - something none of the other hotels in the area do.
