The hotel is very new, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed is big and cozy, and the bathroom is spacious. There is enough space for luggage. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, a steamer, a coffee machine, a tea kettle, and a USB port to quickly charge your phone. The lights can be dimmed, and there is a small window with an insect screen that can be opened, which I appreciated because I don’t like air conditioning. The hotel has a 24-hour reception. All the staff were very kind and attentive, especially the receptionist Maite, who was extremely helpful. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and diligent. There is a water dispenser in the hall and a small gym. Opposite the lobby, there is a nice bar and a small restaurant that serves dinner, with vegetarian options available and reasonably priced dishes. A supermarket is located across from the hotel, and a bus station is about a five-minute walk away. I had initially booked one week and planned to move to different hotels each week during my four-week business trip. However, I liked this hotel so much that I extended my stay by three weeks.

The location is very convenient, about only 200 meters from the Peer metro station.Very helpful and nice staff, they upgrade one room,so our two rooms are in the same floor.And the kitchenette is a surprise indeed.

Weekend brunch was exceptional. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Room service food and staff were on point. Staff in general went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

from the time we got out of our car, we were greeted by friendly employees. once checked in, the macaroons and pastries in the room that seemed homemade were outstanding. The bathroom was the best, amazing. the bar was great. we did not dine there but had some drinks. Overall, great value. I tried to stay there again a couple weeks later but was sold out. The best Ritz that I have ever been to.

Tasteful decor, comfortable bed, friendly amiable staff. Free breakfast was ideal, enough to get you started but not over the top. Quality of the breakfast was very high and well presented.

Perfectly located in the centre of downtown and access to the 747 bus to the airport. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent and highly recommended if you can include it in your room price. The staff were very helpful and professional, and made our stay at this hotel and in this beautiful city a memorable event.
