I loved this chalet for its warm atmosphere, peaceful setting, and overall comfort. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our car battery died from the cold and one of the staff members used her truck and jumper cables to get us going. Other staff let us use the spa lobby and have some tea while we waited for her to arrive from home with jumper cables: A+ customer service. Getting breakfast delivered to the room was lovely. The spa was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Un mignon petit chalet rustique et écologique très bien pensé! L'architecture est magnifique de l'intérieur, la présence du bois est apaisante. L'emplacement près de la SEPAQ de Mégantic est vraiment un plus. Tout était propre et fonctionnel. Les lits sont très confortables. La lumière ne nous réveille pas le matin et il ne fait pas trop chaud la nuit. Les toilettes extérieures ne sont pas odorantes grâce à la ripe en cèdre. Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour de 4 nuits.

Great location near the lake, with plenty of shops nearby (restaurants, cafés, grocery stores). We absolutely loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and offers all the services for dogs. For the price we paid, it was more than perfect!! Highly recommend. 🐶✨

The location was central with a grocery store nearby. This family-owned business is charming, clean, & well managed. Each family member works hard to ensure guests enjoy their stay at Lac Megantic. We were provided with information known to residents only of a lovely bay where we enjoyed gazing at the stars. An Amazing souvenir of beautiful Lac Megantic.
