Friendly staff, clean , with a restaurant, lift across the street!

The location was perfect for the festival I attended. The staff were friendly, the room very clean, and the cold breakfast buffet was decent. Good value for money.

Excellent location, magnificent views from the huge balcony, all the needed amenities in the kitchen, smooth check-in and very friendly staff - we'll be back :) FYI : there are lots of nice free activities to be done in the valley thanks to the Guest Card from the hotel, ie. taking cable cars up the mountains, reduced entrance fee at the pool, etc

The amazing views from the hotel. Area was peaceful and very beautifully quiet. The host was exceptionally friendly and we were able to check in straight away. Breakfast was perfect. Locally sourced ingredients and well presented.

On my way through Berner Oberland with my bike I stayed here for one night. The hotel is quietly located with a nice garden and views of the surroundings. There are great spots to relax in the garden and even a jacuzzi. The host was very friendly and the hotel is equipped with everything you need: comfortable beds, a varied breakfast and a self service bar in the afternoons. For those travelling by bike, the hotel has great storage and the option to charge e-bikes.

So beautiful and cosy! The rooms were comfortable, the logaritm was perfect and the service was superb! I will come back as soon as i possibly can 🥰

everything was very good, the cleanliness, the staff, the breakfast very very good. The area was very beautiful and quiet. It had free parking. It is a very good starting point to explore the Interlaken area.

The room was fantastic good climate control really good bathroom. Property has a good wellness area , swimming pool and fitness centre . The food is highly recommended

Breakfast is great! The hotel is very conveniently located to the ski lift. You can walk with ski boots, no need to worry about the distance. There are also two ski stores which can rent ski/snowboard. Bruno Kernen is the best hotel owner I have met so far.
