Everything! The whole vibe, the friendly and helpful staff; literally everything! The place it's magical, and it seems like it came out from a book or a movie. Bed are comfy and room had a lovely view on the square with the lovely fountain. There's a real fireplace in the tea room. Highly recommend 👌🏻

i loved everything about this place , very comfy and lovely staff , great welcoming

Perfect location on an amazing spot! The views are incredible. I think it is a perfect place for a couple, but we were with our one year old and we felt also very welcome. Good food and parking right in front of the hotel. We stayed in a hotel room and the appartment. Both were very nice! Overall, a great stay, thank you!

Well located and the room is nice

The hotel is an old building refurbish with the modern design interior. The check in counter was super friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfy, toilet is big and clean. Must try - the dinner - food was super great with excellent services Must try - breakfast - high quality foods with good coffee and excellent service as well!

We got a very warm welcome from Audrey who was exceptionally pleasant and informative and really set the tone for the rest of our visit. She checked in with us later in the day to see if we needed anything and was genuinely interested to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Audrey

Extremely friendly owners, gave us many information on the region ! Amazing beds, I had the best sleep in a long time !

It is a very nice hotel for its price. Very friendly staff, good restaurant, our bathroom was renovated, and very comfortable mattress.

Perfect location and good comfort and service!

Everything is as expected, bath entry was a nice plus

Perfectly located near the train station. The building includes a shopping centre with a well-known Swiss supermarket. The room was super quiet anyway. Also very comfortable and clean. And finally a room with sufficient and easily accessible electrical outlets =) I received a room upgrade for free with a very nice view - thank you so much! The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and hope to be back one day.

Great hotel, clean and the room was good size

The staff were so friendly. The quality of the food in the evening was sublime and the breakfast was nice too. The most impressive feature of my stay were the attentive and friendly staff. The reception staff are faultless and exemplary.

The decor of the hotel was consistently romantic and cosy from top to bottom, the wooden features made it feel instantly homely and warm, especially with the sound of the floor boards at the breakfast room. It was a lovely summer stay in the mountains but I can imagine would be extra cute in the winter. Food was brilliant, and staff so hospitable.

The room and location was great.

Good location, great views of the lake and mountains. Spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. Nice restaurant.
