Good location near the airport and not far from the center. As for the staff, I have nothing to say since we didn't see anyone because you make your chek in on your own via the automatic screen..And they should inform about the exact hours for breakfast because when we went to have breakfast it was closed and we couldn't find anyone to serve us.

The price for this room was great compared to the others in the area of the airport. I got there late at night, and i did a mistake, i ordered for the next day. I got lucky that the staff was understanding, and changed it for the day i meant.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is great, has a (paid) parking with electric car charging. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel has a nice gym, sauna, and a great restaurant. It's close to a train station that can easily take you to the city center or the airport, and it is within walking distance to fast food chains and supermarkets.

Clean, great stuff, good value for the money. Just 10 mins from the airport.

It was cozy and very comfortable. It’s a one of best locations for traveling.🙏🙏

Clean, comfortable and great staff.

Very good location. Only two tram stops from the Zurich Flughafen and one minute walk from the tram stop, also very easy to spot. I was not in rush next day and therefore I walked back to the Airport . It took me 20 minutes. The room was clean with very good noise isolation, as the hotel is located right under the flight landing path.

Very clean , new and room was nice

New complex which has really nice facilities (powerful showers, large beds, good coffee machine etc)

The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and has been renovated recently with high quality furnishings. Everything is clean, organised and comfortable. When you walk into the room, you are hit with a very pleasant clean smell. Not cleaning products, just clean. The room was ample, comfortable and very well equipped so I really felt at home. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, definitely a chance to get a good meal in before starting the day. Not the cheapest hotel I've stayed, but I paid gladly as considering the quality of the stay, I found it very good value. I had dinner in the restaurant one night and the meal was varied, well prepared and home-made.

Our stay at Hyatt Place was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and welcoming. What stood out most was the staff—their friendliness and professionalism made our family feel truly cared for. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

Close to airport. 16CHF ride. Friendly staff at front desk and restaurant. Nice and Quiet room. Good bed. Nice expresso machine in room. Standard healthy breakfast. Nothing missing.

The service of the staff members, the sauna, and the room quality were outstanding.

Beautiful location, beautiful building, beautiful staff and fantastic food.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, everything is extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is also great — not far from the airport. They even left two complimentary bottles of water in the room, along with a Nespresso machine and coffee capsules, which was a really nice touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was top drawer, my wife and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good selection of deli meats, hot drinks, cold drinks and breads and pastries Thanks so much

Very nice and helpful staff. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. About 7km from the airport (bus stop nearby the hotel). Clean room, equipped with a basic elements and wi-fi. Nice and well organized restaurant.

Location was great, walking distance to train station. Included breakfast which was good.

Very roomy, good on-site restaurant and free parking. Check in staff were great. It was more of a conference facility.

Location was great, close to airport and train. Breakfast was great.

Perfect to stay after a tiring onward flight. Just walkable from the arrival terminal. Near to the airport train station as well. Room was very good and the service was excellent

Easy self-check-in access with modern, quiet, and comfortable rooms. A shuttle service is available, though it does not operate during the early hours of the morning for early flights. Perfectly located near Kloten train station.

It’s just the perfect sensibly priced option for an overnight stay in order to catch that early morning flight
