PolandI would like to confirm that the location is wonderful and the price-to-quality ratio is absolutely spot on. But most importantly and truly the greatest value of this place is the staff.
We were victims of a very unpleasant act of vandalism that was completely unrelated to the hotel. Despite this, the hotel staff surrounded us with exceptional care, kindness, and genuine support. It is rare to encounter such warm, sincere, and truly extraordinary people.
Thanks to the manager’s incredible help and commitment, we were able to continue our journey and reach our destination and now we are happily skiing as planned.
I would also like to send special greetings and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful lady from Ukraine who served breakfast. She was incredibly kind and supportive, and during our most difficult moments, she comforted us with delicious coffee and a beautiful smile.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was very comfortable, spotless, and well-designed for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options that started my mornings perfectly.
Overall, this hotel combines outstanding service, comfort, and hospitality. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

A very enjoyable stay in Cossonay. Location close to restaurants to have dinner. Lovely refurbished room - spacious and very clean. Nespresso coffee machine with pods and creamer. Spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Had problems with wifi, but staff sorted it out in no time. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast was great! Home made croissants which were delicious! Highly recommended

Everything was perfect! We were welcome by Sergio, extremely friendly. We were offered a welcome drink, and great advises about the surrounding. The hotel itself is super nice, with great views and very calm. We stopped just one night but we will be back!

Charming boutique hotel, fully renovated with nice bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast choice was limited but very high quality. Nice view if you could see it through the fog.
