The room was clean, comfortable, has a massive tv. You can buy a latte machiatto at reception for chf 5.5 if you don't have breakfast included. I needed a vase for my 8th of march flowers and the staff lent me one for the duration of our stay, on a rainy day they lent us an umbrella for the day. Really impressed with the customer service there.

I would like to confirm that the location is wonderful and the price-to-quality ratio is absolutely spot on. But most importantly and truly the greatest value of this place is the staff. We were victims of a very unpleasant act of vandalism that was completely unrelated to the hotel. Despite this, the hotel staff surrounded us with exceptional care, kindness, and genuine support. It is rare to encounter such warm, sincere, and truly extraordinary people. Thanks to the manager’s incredible help and commitment, we were able to continue our journey and reach our destination and now we are happily skiing as planned. I would also like to send special greetings and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful lady from Ukraine who served breakfast. She was incredibly kind and supportive, and during our most difficult moments, she comforted us with delicious coffee and a beautiful smile. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We also liked very much the playroom for little kids on our floor.

Honestly - the best stay. It’s one of the cheapest option I’ve ever stayed at & one of the nicest. Of course the interior isn’t the freshest & most fancy, but people who work there are amazing. ESPECIALLY MAN ARE, the man who was working on 02.11 on the reception (with the Turkish accent???) a bit bigger guy, not the thin one, I am shocked from his hospitality and friendliness. He helped me with the lobby after check out and even opened for me cola zero I ordered tho he isn’t a waiter. Thank you. Wish I could have cash with me to thank him 😭😭😭

Great hotel, room, mattress, service, location.

It was a very comfortable Hotel to stay in. The restaurant and bar were amazing, the food was tasty and the drinks delicious! Even tho it was a full house at that night we stayed in, you couldnt hear a single thing in your room, it was very quite!

Perfect quiet location near frequent and regular buses into town. Calm and discrete atmosphere in hotel. Friendly, helpful and competent staff. They were also very good at keeping in contact and giving us advice about how to enter the hotel after hours after our flight was delayed.

Located downtown, close to buses and metro. Very pleasant personel! The rooms are very well isolated from noise from the street, which is quite good. Ventilation by airco.

The attic apartment that we had is so cool! The many steps to the very top of the building are well worth it. It is cosy, but at the same time modern, clean and super practical furnished with all you need (hooks, mirror, etc) and not encombered with useless stuff. Just perfect.
