When we arrived, we were a little surprised as I expected a hotel, and this is more like an Airbnb. However, as we saw, our room, the surroundings, and especially the way the owner treated us, we felt like family coming back home. We love the house, the animals, the family, and the food.

Excellent location in the middle of town, very friendly staff, front desk available from very early to very late. We didn't get breakfast, so no rating about that. The rooms were nice and clean.

Renovation of the building was well done. Nice elevator. Nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice size room. Internet access was very good. Location in historic town is excellent.

I liked the way that elements of the original structure have been maintained with the addition of modern but tasteful amenities. The breakfast was wonderful - I enjoyed the homemade granola and fruit compote immensely.
