Excellent Staff and property Really enjoyed our stay, highly connected to Zurich HB.. Walking distance from station in quite and comfortable area

Stayed there only for one night but it was a pleasant experience! Located near to the train station and city center (~10m walk). The street is full of nice restaurants and bars. Room a kettle, some gift coffee, table and spacious bed. Everyone was very welcoming. Not much space to place staff, but it wasn’t a problem for us. You can leave your baggages in the bar next door which was very convenient for us.

Very professional and kind service.

Excellent location, easy check-in, very clean.

very modern, hotel entrance system is great, concept is nice

Location, self check in, possibility to leave luggage earlier

We loved the location, the staff, and cleanliness.

This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

Hotel meet our expectations, clean room, quiet place, walking distance to center, friendly staff and good breakfast, we liked very much as family, i recommend everyone. Zurich is not a cheap place, hotel's price was fair and five star from us.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was so beautiful that if I had stayed longer in Zurich i definitely would have spent a day just enjoying the room. Looking forward to seeing you next time! We won’t be apart for too long. Danke für alles ❤️

modern, clean, great restaurant

The place was amazing, we were warmly greeted by Gianluca who was very helpful, explaining to us where we can go and what we can do. He left great first impression of the place, then Daniel was very kind in helping with our luggage and showing us the room. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Beds were absolutely amazing, didn’t want to get up in the morning. Overall great place to stay.

Staff was kind and professional

This is my go to hotel to stay whenever in Zurich. I always love to stay in that area near the lake because i take long walks in the morning with my service dog. This hotel is my absolute favorite. The staff, the location, the scent (def must buy), the food, everything is amazing. Everytime I stay here, they exceed my expectations. The rooms are very nice, the bed is amazing. The setup for your pet is the most adorable thing I´ve ever seen. They treat you and your pets like royalty. Absolutely worth it. Wouldn't stay someplace else.

It was spot on really!! The room was modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Really liked the patio outside. It was a nice location.

Excellent location. Near tram and train stops. Within 10 min walk of The Hall.

Hidden Gem - felt like it had just been renovated - everything to high standard and clean. Excellent and have already recommended to friends

Rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel is well located just 20 minutes from the airport on the number 12 tram, and less than 100m from the tram station. Every single member of staff I met were wonderful - very pleasant and helpful. The bistro was cosy and had a really nice vibe. The hotel also supports the placement of people with additional needs in order to prepare them for work, which I think is amazing and the main reason I chose to book here.

Comfortable! Friendly and helpful staff!

Our room, number 211, consisted of two rooms, each with its own bathroom—very convenient for a family with all adults. The soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast buffet was cozy, and we were greeted every morning by attentive and polite staff—it was a pleasure. Thank you. Thanks also to the receptionist—they checked us in early, and we didn't have to wait long. The hotel is in a good location: there's a tram stop nearby, and a shopping center is within walking distance.

The location, the bed, the pillows, dinner, service, hotel itself - everything was exceptional.
