Everything was perfect! The staff is extremely polite, sympathetic and helpful. It’s very nice to have the experience of a happy environment ;)

Loved everything but it’s so convenient for Belp train station

Everything. Great location, lovely room, really good value, friendly staff.

The highest floor is very beautiful, my room was very simple but also very cheap-and clean.

Location, rooms, and cleanliness.

Nice cosy room and excellent restaurant. Friendly staff and special thanks to Aina at the reception who is also an excellent barrista. We had dinner 2 nights in a row at the restaurant too.

prefect! so close to the Altstadt, quiet, GREAT breakfast, the rooms felt really luxurious. beautifully designed, check in staff were fabulous. coffee machine in room.

The warm and professional reception by the staff, and the owner (Thanks).. Location, terrace bar and restaurant with a magnificent view of the montains, the easy and frequent bus service between hotel and Bern main train station and downtown.

The receptionist girl named Ramina was very helpfull on the day of arrival and when we have to extend our stay she helped very professionally to manage it very well for a short period of time. Highly recomended this property for your stay in Bern especially if you are with small kids and even with your own car. Best wishes to the professional team of the hotel !

Close links to Bern city, metro n rail on the door steps. Excellent stay

We could see aeroplanes and helicopters taking off from the room balcony!

My one night stay was perfect. Overall check in, meal and breakfast was all good. The staff were lovely, secure parking for my motorbike and good room. The location was further away from the centre but I was aware of that. The road to and from the city was a lovely route.

Our stay at Ibis Styles Bern City was nothing short of perfect, especially since we were there celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel offered us a cozy and stylish room on the 5th floor, with lovely views that added a special touch to our romantic getaway. What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Federico and James were particularly attentive, going out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. Their kindness and effort to make our honeymoon extra special did not go unnoticed, and we’re incredibly grateful for their warm hospitality. The hotel's location is fantastic—situated in a quiet area yet just a short walk from the city center. We loved being able to explore Bern easily during the day and return to such a comfortable and serene environment at night. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety to start our day right. In summary, Ibis Styles Bern City provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bern. This hotel truly made our trip unforgettable!

The hotel is very nice. It is 10-15 min walk from the city centre and also easily accessed by tram number 3, there is a stop right next to the hotel. The staff was helpful, the room was very clean and warm. I would definitely recommend and it is great value for money.

Our favourite place to stay when we are in Bern.

Great location, super friendly staff. It was a very comfortable stay. This place is walking distance from Bern Main Station from where you can travel to any other city. This place also has good connectivity for local Bern transport.

Loved the property location, its right in front of the Bern train station, very well connected. All amenities were provided and the room was spacious. The folks at the reception were also very well behaved! Loved the stay :)

I stayed at the hotel for 11 nights during Euro 2025 using as a base as 6 matches I went to were in Bern and Thun. I used the gym most days and had coffee at the bar, but did not do the cocktails.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, and clean.

We were at Deluxe Double Room with river view. Luxurious and beautiful room, big complete bathroom with separate additional toilet. A balcony with magnificent view of the River Aare. On clear days we can even see the snow capped mountains in the background. High compliments to Bellevue team - Chiara, Tamara for your excellent service and care to both of us. You made our stay very very memorable indeed *love
