The room was clean, comfortable, has a massive tv. You can buy a latte machiatto at reception for chf 5.5 if you don't have breakfast included. I needed a vase for my 8th of march flowers and the staff lent me one for the duration of our stay, on a rainy day they lent us an umbrella for the day. Really impressed with the customer service there.

The location was excellent, very close to the lake and the train station. The main road in front of the hotel was not heard at all thanks to the soundproof windows. The rooms were beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The staff was super friendly. My friend stayed in the main house and I was placed in the guest house next door. Both rooms were extraordinary! There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel and the fortress/castle is around the corner. Château Vullierens is not far from there and we enjoyed visiting the Jan Michalski foundation in Montricher. Morges is an excellent place for such excursions - always with a view to the Mont Blanc!

Room was squeaky clean and was also serviced daily with utmost care for cleanliness. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my stay. FYI, the location is not good for someone who wants to roam in/around the city of Lausanne, but was perfect for me as I had work/meetings at EPFL.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room is absolutely great, the bed is comfortable, the shower is big, the amenities wonderful. The location was right next to lac Léman, with views on the water, can't ask for more. This hotel is well worth the cost.

Location and staff are amazing and helpful. Upgrade your junior suite was a very pleasant surprise, thank you. Electric towel dryer helped a lot for an unplanned laundry.

Excellent location! The hotel is right at the metro station. For us it is convenient to go to either Geneve and Lausanne. We arrived quite late but the reception lady was still there and kindly helped us with checkin.
