Beautiful place with cosy interior. All details of the decor have been carefully thought out. Tradition married with modern touch. The place is all what you would expect from the Swiss Alpine Chalet. 🙂 Great restaurant. We had a very nice dinner there. Food was delicious. Staff was very helpful and customer oriented. Looking forward to visit this place again 🙂

A perfect overnight stay on a transit journey. After reading reviews I was slightly worried about finding the parking. But it was super easy for us. And the parking is big with some dedicated places for hotel guests right after entrance. The were a lot of restaurants to choose from for dinner. The staff was efficient and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable rooms, pretty big too. The hotel is close to the train station but it was super quiet. You do not hear the trains at all. We will stay again.

Very nice hotel in Bulle, with the possibility to do the check-in up and after midnight, that is a great plus if you need to travel by night and cannot arrive earlier. The room was big and clean, and the breakfast was good. It is also worth mentioning that there is a big parking right in front of the hotel, where we did not have any issue in finding a parking lot for my car.

A Perfect Stay Surrounded by Nature and Relaxation We stayed at this hotel to enjoy not only the beautiful natural surroundings but also the amazing spa. We had already visited the spa before, but this time, we decided to stay overnight – and it turned out to be an excellent idea! Unlimited access to the spa was a great bonus, and the tunnel connecting the hotel directly to the wellness area made everything so much easier. No need to worry about changing – bathrobes, towels, and slippers were all provided, allowing for complete relaxation. We especially loved the thermal pools with stunning views, the cozy atmosphere, the attentive staff, and the live music in the bar in the evening. The breakfast was also worth mentioning – delicious and with a great variety of choices. We would definitely love to come back!

Spacious room with a comfy double, upgraded for a balcony view. Everything was clean, the staff were super helpful. 2 minutes from the main town. If I visited again, I would 100% stay here.

Quiet location off the main areas. The hotel was very easy to get to via car (there is a bus route right next to the hotel if needed). The staff were fantastic but English is not strong, that said they helped with everything. The hotel is dated, but comfortable enough. The view from the balcony was the best thing and the breakfast buffet was also awesome.

Lovely Hotel. Close to Bulle which is nice town. The hotel is very close to Lac Gruyère Excellent breakfast with a massive choice to suit all tastes.
