It was the perfect stay for a business trip. The staff were super friendly and the room was very clean, and well taken care of. The hotel location was perfect with easy access to public transport

Everything … cool, quirky place to stay. Great location, huge room very bright & spacious. Extremely safe and lovely communal kitchen and areas.

Clean,, comfortable, very good location.

Location is very close to Basel in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and goes an extra mile to meet even the craziest requests. Special thanks to the breakfast ladies for early start even through the weekend 😁

Spacious room, amenities, great balcony, free parking within the premises, A/C. Amazing breakfast, lovely and professional staff, specifically Phillipe at the Kitchen, Mira and Deborah. Really great vibe at the place, very clean and nicely designed.

I really felt at home as soon as I met the owners, who welcomed me and gifted me a 'welcome dinner.' The hotel reception is in the Chinese restaurant as you come in, and it is a beautiful setting with amazing food! I came to this location because it is close to St. Jakob event center in Basel, Switzerland. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. There are several service businesses: salons, restaurants, and grocery stores. Even though my workshop absorbed my entire day, the owners were so kind to offer me a late-night snack from the restaurant with sparkling water for my room. I slept soundly in the most comfortable bed ever! The affordability, cleanliness, location, and the wonderful owners & staff made my stay a restful experience.

Clean, nicely decorated, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff.

The property s at a very good location.Tram station is in front of the building.10min with the tram to the main train station

All great except for that I struggled to find the hotel room in the beginning. It would be desirable to provide a signpost somewhere or better explanation in the email.

Nice area, clean room, good breakfast, professional service. We love this chain, often chose them for to stay.

Staff support was excellent Great location Nice room

Very close to the train station. We had an upgrade from the classic to the deluxe double room, which was amazing, on the 13th floor, with an incredible view. The room service, the personnel, the food, everything was magnificent. Thank you for this experience.

Hotel was very good located, staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom spacy and well equiped with bathtub as well. Nice view to park. Close to all attractions.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, clean facilities and lots hike/bikes routes directly behind the hotel.

Good breakfast. Spacious and clean room

The family! Breakfast, food in general and services were excellent!!! Thank you

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood Muttenz. We stayed for three days. Hotel is just two minutes away is the station for tram 14, which takes you to the center for about 15-20 minutes. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, several fast foods and a bakery.

Nice rooms, good service, good breakfast. Would definitely come back to this hotel, if I come back to Basel

Beautiful classic hotel, extremely welcoming staff, quiet and very well located! Thank you to Veronique for the efficiency and kindness, will be coming back again!

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The rooms are very nice and is a 15 min walk to the center

Great location, just few minutes walk to the train station. It's an old hotel but the room is very clean and nice. Staff are all very friendly. Have a nice mini bar that you can always get some drinks there. Breakfast is also nice, not very big but has enough choices especially fruits.

Small hotel in a very convenient location, a couple of minutes walk from the main station. Clean comfortable rooms. Automatic check-in is very easy, with card reader for credit card payments and automatic delivery of room keycards. There are no staff at reception, but I got very quick response to a telephone, and also a text message, inquiry. Free coffee from the machine in the lobby. Prices are very reasonable. I've stayed here more than once, and I recommend it.
