It was to be a surprise trip for my fiancée, and how astonished myself was. Panagiotis' larger-than-life hospitality from arrival to departure, offered a fairytale luxury experience.

The staff is helpful and attentive. The breakfast is good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable The blue striped areas around the hotel are free of charge between 10:00pm and 9:00am.

The rooms was large and spacious. Everything was clean, felt like a 5 star hotel.

The location is near public transport, restaurant and grocery store (Coop). It is nice that the hotel provide a complimentary water bottle so I can refill from water fountain which are all over Zurich.

Everything was truly wonderful. Although the location is not central, getting to the center is very convenient with public transport.
