It was very clean, the bed was soooo comfortable, the location was great

Free access to coffee and many other beverages in open spaces and in room

no 4 tram just outside of building, so easy going to central town

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. And a very good breakfast.

the self check in wasn’t hard

It’s basic but has everything you need (expect a desk in case you want to work) and it’s clean. Close to quellerstrasse tram stop which makes it great for HB. Great and smooth self check-in process There is a small alimentary store downstairs and many restaurants and store close by

It's convenient location to access everything

Such a comfortable bed! A little street noise if you open the window, but I slept well with ear plugs. Lovely clean warm shower. Highly recommend!

The Leuen was well maintained, clean and comfortable . All the staff were welcoming , very helpful and friendly. Great food and excellent service in the restaurant. We stayed 3 days and ate all our meals at the hotel.

The whole style of the hotel is great! There is nice area like a co-working space where you can sit with the laptop and do some work.

Clean rooms, quiet area, easy access to public transport. They also had a okay area for kids.

The size of the room Reception worker specially Nina the supervisor restaurant worker specially Florence and Jennifer The location and all over super this my second visit to Zurich and the same hotel and I think to come back again next year off-course as well in the Sheraton

Great location, friendly staff who let us check in early!

Staff are amazingly friendly and always with a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent, Rooms are immaculate and beds are very comfy and the hotel is nice and warm and has decent seating areas too.

Great stay! Very clean hotel, good food, friendly staff, and an excellent location – only 5 tram stops or a 25-minute walk from the city center. We’d love to come back!
