Rooms are very good Breakfast is excellent Staffs are excellent! So courteous, friendly and so comfortable to speak to them

Comfortable bed and pillows, clean room and bathroom

Hotel was clean. Receptionists were very friendly and kindly assisted with our requirements. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel and the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening but it looked very nice. Location was very good considering the price. I could hear the cars before sleep a bit, but was very quit during the night.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful. Amazing service and very friendly

Quite a clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff here are very friendly and patient.

Honestly - the best stay. It’s one of the cheapest option I’ve ever stayed at & one of the nicest. Of course the interior isn’t the freshest & most fancy, but people who work there are amazing. ESPECIALLY MAN ARE, the man who was working on 02.11 on the reception (with the Turkish accent???) a bit bigger guy, not the thin one, I am shocked from his hospitality and friendliness. He helped me with the lobby after check out and even opened for me cola zero I ordered tho he isn’t a waiter. Thank you. Wish I could have cash with me to thank him 😭😭😭

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The service was impeccable, combining professionalism, attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The rooms were elegant and perfectly maintained, while the overall atmosphere reflected the timeless prestige of the property. A special mention for the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Without doubt one of the finest hotel experiences in Lausanne. I look forward to returning.

Perfect location. Calm street close to the lake and city centre Nice atmosphere and beautiful rooms with balcony

The hotel and the staff, everything is absolutely fabulous. Will come back again! It is one of the best hotel experience I have had so far. We were amazed with room and all the tailor made equipment for kids and our dog, everything was waiting for us in advance. Spacious and beautiful room. Staff is unbelievably pleasant, kind and helpful. During the breakfast it was so calm and quiet even there was lot of people. The energy and atmosphere is absolutely divine. Not to mention gardens around, spa, everything is 5 stars and more.

It was amazing. The property is well taken care of, the common areas are beautifully decorated, the rooms are clean and spacious, the mini bar was a welcome addition, power points available next to the bed, automatic blinds, well tended pool area. Air conditioning is strong, shower pressure is great, hairdryer is good quality, location is right near the water with multiple restaurants and a supermarket close by.

View was excellent! Rooms are quite old, but if you want a Lake view that is affordable, this hotel is the place to be!

Perfect location Hotel like castle Kindly staff

On arrival we got a room upgrade. It was very nice room in navy style with two balconies. Staff were kind and food in restaurant was great, so we enjoyed our stay.

When in Lausanne, I always choose to stay at Hotel Victoria. The staff is very helpful and friendly, there is free parking in front of the hotel, the rooms are big and clean and the location is easy to find.
