Assistance of the staff by telephone for my check-in problem

Good location. Excellent hosts. My recomendation.

Excellent and friendly staff and service. Good food! Great location! Safe dry storage for bicycles.

A cosy, clean, stylish and very comfortable place. On the lakeside: the sunrise was stunning.

Exceptional food and service in the restaurant. Very friendly staff and hosts. We loved the air conditioning in the rooms and comfortable beds, also bike storage was very helpful.

the place is amazing, the surrounding is great, the service is different level and the breakfast was very nice, highly recommended !

Location. We had a room with balcony overlooking the lake . Great for evening snacks, drinks

The view of lake, breakfast was the best, the staff was helpful especially in the dining room. The room was large, making it easy to move around and organize our stuff. We had a kitchen in our room but there was only 1 large spoon, fork and knife. It was rather odd.

Just perfect.. the best hotel experience

Everything: room, view, breakfast, spa, location.

The room was perfect for a family, the beds were great, loved the kitchenette area and the view of the mountains! The staff was very helpful, guided us to many local area attractions and good offers.

The room was very comfortable with an amazing balcony that gave an outstanding view of the lake a couple miles away. Nicely situated between St Gallen and the restaurants/bars along the shore of the lake. Gorgeous!

Our stay at Schloss Wartegg was absolutely magical! From its location – in a tranquil green area, with a fantastic view of the lake! – to the kind and attentive staff. We felt valued and looked after, and could not have asked for a better place to round up our trip in Switzerland in!

24 hr check in was essential for me, excellent breakfast, gym / fitness room with 3 machines, outlets near bed, spacious shower, new/modern construction and clean, close to train station, pretty quiet, huge shelf for luggage.

machine for coffee in the room

Friendly staff, free mineral water, free parking, big room. Comfortable bed. Good location in Arbon. Delicious bacon and eggs for breakfast.

Really cool looking old place. Very comfortable and clean.

Met expectations for Swiss hotel rating system.
