Perfect service. Nice personnel. Simple but comfortable.

Second time here, close to the airport, quiet location, coffee is only 1.5E, restaurant nearby.

Spectacularly comfortable beds and very helpful staff. Fantastic carpark but be sure to arrive early as it gets surpringly crowded at night due to the large hotel restaurant next door.

Very helpful & friendly. Our friend left his toilet bag there and they were happy to assist and send it with the airport shuttle. We had a great stay, lovely rooms.

Very warm personnel, coffee and tea, clean sheets, clean towels every day, coziness.

Excellent reception staff, even helped us warm up food when Uber Eats arrived ice cold.

When one come at the hotel reception, the staff there is really friendly and helpful. The same for the person who is on the morning, welcoming and agreeable to the clients. Even if this is a low-cost hotel, you feel welcome in the one of St Julien where the bare necessities are available to use (and clean)

The wonderful staff and the facilities. Nice room with a spectacular view

Everything met my needs and more! Appreciated the free shuttle to the airport and the public transportation pass they gave me with my stay as I was not expecting that at all. The train is just behind the building to go to Geneva (max 10mins) so super convenient! Comfortable bed as well and quiet.

Everything. Spacious and comfortable room. The hotel has spa and gym which is liked.

The place is near the airport

Clean and located very close to the airport. They offered a free shuttle bus to take you to the airport. Staff was friendly and efficient

most comfortable beds& linens... staff was exceptional& restaurant of very high class

It's rare that I give a 10/10 review, but Jiva Hill is an exceptional hotel in everything from first welcome at the reception till flawless service throughout our stay. We will definitely return.

Great hotel, great location and nice facilities.

The location to the airport was excellent about 5 minutes. The bus stop was 1 minute walk. Next was a big shopping mall. The staff were very helpful too.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional! The breakfast was amazing, beyond description, though I would suggest adding a bit more variety to include dishes that suit Arab guests. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive — special thanks to Cindy and Edgard for all their great support. The room was spacious (not just a suite), and I really enjoyed it. My children loved the place as well, especially being inside a farm with such a beautiful and relaxing view. I truly appreciate all the assistance provided and I’m definitely planning to visit again!"

Comfortable and staff helpful!

The designs of the lobby, restaurant and the room were all beautiful!

Way better than I expected. I know ibis is more of a budget hotel, but that is not the impression I got from this speficic branch. Despite being close to the airport, it was very quiet. The breakfast was robust, the staff was nice and helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

Despite the poor communication with the staff, my room was clean, it was quiet, the hotel is up to standards and near a supermarket and only 10 minutes drive to Geneva airport. Which was the purpose of staying here. I would definitely sleep here again but I hope your staff fix their communication skills. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay but you'll have to put in the heavy lifting following up on your airport shuttle transfer reservations....you really need to follow up or you'll be disappointed.

Perfect for a one night stay. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly. The hotel is accessible very easilly with the free shuttle bus from the Geneva airport. I arrived late at night so I appreciated that the shuttle runs non stop.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff was lovely.

Charged for Breakfast but till 7 am breakfast already finish, awful!
