Enjoying a central location in Sent, Pensiun Garni Plaz is provided characteristic accommodations for the Engadine Valley, within 164 feet from the bus to reach Scuol Motta Naluns Ski Area. Very friendly management. Clean room. Nice view of Plaz from my room (number 8). Modern decor in the common areas. Good cheese and Birnenbrot for breakfast.
Pensiun Aldier features a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Sent. Among the various facilities are ski-to-door access and a ski pass sales point. Loved the intellectual feel of the Pension. The library was well presented and the books were all very clean. The magazines were also a welcome touch. The afternoon tea was offered in the first floor library. I found the table lamps too dim for reading. Most of the guests I noticed were older and a bright reading lamp would be appreciated.
Hof Zuort is located in Sent and features a terrace. The accommodations provides ski storage space, as well as a garden and barbecue facilities. Hof Zuort is beautifully located and the house is wonderful. The dishes were of good quality during the day. In the evening it’s even more exquisite.

Although a large part of old Sent has been burnt in fires, there are still several old houses, and overall, to me, the village has a relaxed Engadiner atmosphere. Because it is located 200m above the valley it has gorgeous views to the mountains. Although I drove with my car, there appeared to be frequent post buses. I personally enjoyed cross-country skiing (Langlauf) on the Scuol-Martina Loipe that is easily accessible from Sent. Scuol is also nearby in case one wants more choices for dining or wants to enjoy the thermal baths.

Friendly service, comfortable bed, spacey room and a breakfast that exceed my expectations. All in all, one of my nicest hotel experiences for quite some time, and at an affordable price as well.
