From the start🙂: it was easy to find, there was a parking place available; staff were delightful, the room was super clean, very small but just as described, with everything you need, it was quiet & breakfast was lovely.

The quietness and very convenient .. park our car at the hotel and we took the free bus around lucerne.

Everything, family room with great spaces, location couldn't be better. The staff at reception super friendly, clean, I mean, 100% recommended and would go back there anytime.

Exceptional hotel. Very large, clean and comfortable room, with stunning view of the mountains. We were lucky be upgraded to an amazing room. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Beautiful town right on the lake. Only a 6min walk to the train station, then a quick 13-15min train to Lucerne. Would definitely stay again.

This place is in a perfect locations, we stayed for 3 nights and it was easy to walk around and the public transport is awesome.

Good services and amazing pool view.

The room was bigger than normal. Quiet area. Train station about a 200 meters and bus stop 100m from hotel takes takes you to Luzern Central Station. There is also a Migros Supermarket, Macdonalds and a Subways close to the Hotel. Breakfast were good with wide variety. The instant flapjacks machine was a hit!

Highlight of our trip I would recommend to all,the view the hospitality the dinner etc, it was magic..worth every cent..

The location is amazing, right in Lake Lucern and that mountain view, how could you not love it. The hotel facilities were great and thid hotel and location stay was one of the more relaxing I have had since travelling Europe. The food at the hotel restaurant was incredible, and breakfast was great. The staff were so helpful. Even though it's out of the city centre there is a train station nearby which made it easy to travel to most areas.

The room was incredibly spacious! We were wishing we had planned to stay longer. The view was even better than the picutures had shown. It was a beautiful area - we are hoping to come back some day.

The hotel is perfectly located right by the lake. Sunset is unbelievable. Very quiet place, somehow isolated from the crazy world through this small road between lake and mountain. Nice staff and good food. All together just perfect for the weekend

great room. great bathroom. great location. super friendly and helpful staff - phoning as we checked in late and ended up doing a self-check-in based on passwords sent by sms. great breakfast. great restaurant across the road (!)

Lake view rooms fantastic. Free bus to town. Restaurant value for money. Sauna facilities and access to lake and pool for swimming great.

Nice hotel with parking places near by. Cozy , clean rooms with coffee mashine in it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Small prablems were solved immediatelly.
