Our visit to Scuol came with no particular expectations since the goal was to work at Davos for the World Economic Forum. However, upon arrival, we were captivated by the charm of this picturesque town and the extraordinary warmth of its inhabitants. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism and kindness, consistently going above and beyond to fulfill our every request. As someone who travels extensively, I can confidently say that our experience at the Conrad was among the finest. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was superb. We throughly enjoyed the fireplace in our junior suite which was spacious, warm, and inviting. Every little detail was thought of from hooks in the right places to enough hangars to coffee pods. The hotel is beautifully decorated, reflecting its long history. It's obvious that the family is very proud of their hotel and deservedly so.
