I arrived very early and they were so kind to offer me the room earlier so I could go and sleep. Good price/quality. Lovely staff.

The receptionist spoke English she was very friendly informative and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom, moderne and well equipped. Dinner in their restaurant was excellent and the freshly made pizza exceptionnel. Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice and well presented.

Beautiful hotel and location! We arrived on Monday, which means the restaurant is closed but the hosts still made us some food and it was incredible! Also loved the breakfast. The room was very nice and spacious.

Very welcoming staff, which provided so much helpful information and answered all our questions with endless patience. Clean rooms - small but sufficient storage space, also in the bathroom. Extremely comfy beds. The hotel location is both very quiet and central. Bus stop directly in front of the door, walking distance to the lake and the Zauberwald. Breakfast offered everything you need, even Latte Macchiato, fresh fruit salad, veggies.... Only thing we missed were power outlets near the bed or a water kettle, but this is really just a comment on things we personally always make good use of. Thanks for everything!!!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! I visited with my two kids, and we all had an amazing time. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, featuring a lovely playroom, a wonderful kids' swimming pool, and restaurant options tailored to young guests, such as a fun Mickey Mouse pizza and coloring activities. What stood out was how the hotel manages to be both welcoming to kids and incredibly sophisticated — it provides a calm, relaxing atmosphere for adults while keeping the little ones entertained. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the village, making it easy to explore everything. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Location, the room was comfortable! Spacious and clean. Appreciated bath and shower being separate. Staff displayed understated efficiency and attentiveness that added to the relaxing atmosphere. We had breakfast across the road in the Lenzerhorn which was no hardship especially as the range and quality of the food was exceptional - even used the pizzeria for takeaways on a couple of occasions. Other nights we ate in the Spescha and the meals and house wines were also excellent.
