The family was lovely and their facilities, food, rooms and friendliness made it feel like you were staying with a great family.

very friendly people. good balance in price/value

The old bildings, the kindness of the owner, the food... Everything!

Great location right next to the lake. Comfortable room and good beds. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Easy parking.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was quite good.

the location is amazing, the lake is in front of the hotel. the whole town is beautiful.

Situated right by the lake. Very peaceful.

Everything you need for a stop cycling in the Bodensee. A lovely spot only a short stroll to the lake set amongst fields and fruit trees. Service and facilities were top with lots of nice touches.

The hotel is a pleasant mix of classic and modern decoration. The personnel is very professional and nice.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous.. location…staff….breakfast ….

Excellent overnight stay in Arbon. This hotel is not near the center but if you are driving it doesn't matter. We had a warm greeting and found our rooms clean, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and found it was excellent, and we could even sit outside. The breakfast was also very good. There is some construction near the hotel to be aware of. Special thanks to Lena for being so hospitable.

Great location: central on the nothernmost coast of the lake - connected by an extensive network of public transport, fares for which are included in the hotel stay. Also very close to the ferry terminal. Correct and welcoming reception both through online communication and in-person check in. The rooms are not very spacious or luxurious, but have all the quality and facilities for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, spacious room, friendly staff and exceptional breakfast!

Clean, modern, good breakfast and complimentary coffee and water

Lovely location just out of centre of town with charming lakeside walk into town and pretty little beach onto the lake. Staff were super helpful

The workers are super nice. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the restaurant quality was very good. I really enjoyed my stay there.
