Alles Past, Super Hotel🇨🇭

This hotel absolutely deserves a rating higher than 9! The current lower rating is honestly misleading and mainly due to an old restaurant that used to have limited food options — but that is no longer the case, the restaurant is currently closed for improvements. Also, many guests don’t seem to understand the self-check-in process, but in reality, it’s very straightforward. The reception team is available daily via phone from 7:00 to 22:00, and there’s always a phone at the reception desk for quick assistance. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are super clean, and the service is fantastic. Special thanks to Marie from the reception team — she is extremely helpful, reliable, and efficient. Her support made our stay even better. She truly represents excellent Swiss hospitality!

Authentic location... nothing fancy but everything is perfect... lovely host. Had a great time! Thanks Hans and co.

The breakfast was very nice, and the location was superb.

Did not find anything that i didn't like.

It was a really great experience. Especially our 5-year-old daughter was very happy. Everything was wonderful. The care and kindness of the staff was admirable

Nice location, friendly staff, clean and pleasant room

This hotel corresponds to the 5-star level and is rightly considered one of the best in the world, unlike most other five-star hotels. You pay a lot of money and you get good, expected quality. The nature all around is magnificent..

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I arrived at 22:00 and left at 7:00 in the morning, so experienced little, but fair. Breakfast was nice too.

Perfect break with gastronomical cuisine.

Location, views rom the room, breakfast

The property is thoughtfully refreshed, in a great location, the beds are so comfortable, fantastic water pressure, and truly wonderful helpful staff.

Easy reservation, smart and easy automated check in, pretty clear instructions on where to park. Didn’t have to face or talk to a single person, which was amazing! Great location, at the train station, but perfectly quiet at night. Haven’t tried the coffee or breakfast, but will do next time!

The place is in the middle of the mountains, a place worth visiting due being Heidi village and neer her house, if you want to visit real Switzerland you must stop there.

This hotel very definitely lives up to its reputation. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. The room was excellent. Little touches like fresh fruit in the room everyday was lovely

Beautiful period Swiss hotel with plenty of original features with modern upgrades

Very well located, super clean and very nice and friendly staff.

Excellent location Air conditioning Large room Big bathroom Clean Breakfast was very good.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm. The breakfast was also sufficient. The staff were attentive and friendly. I recommend it. In addition, the hotel’s architecture and the design of the rooms were very nice.

Close to the train station and city centre. The room was new and clean.
