It really small and there is no tourisme agencies.
It really small and there is no tourisme agencies. It’s better to stay in Castro and take a bus if you want to visit the National park (it’s the only touristic thing you can do), ther is buses every hours normally.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good, with homemade bread and jams. There are also several good restaurants and Chiloe National park entrance within walking distance. Great place, I highly recommend!KristinaCanada

Breakfast included drip ground coffee (as opposed to the ubiquitous instant), homemade whole wheat bread, scrambled eggs and jam. Bikes and kayaks are available to rent and the entrance to Chiloe National Park is a short walk away. The staff were very friendly.

Friendly staff, they were always happy to help with advice. The hotel is really well located as it's at walking distance from the National Park, but also there are a couple of groceries stores and restaurants nearby.
