I recently stayed at Novotel Dalian Zhongshan Square and I’m absolutely blown away by the entire experience—this hotel has exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalian. First of all, the location is unbeatable. Situated right at the heart of Zhongshan Square, the hotel is within walking distance of subway stations, bus stops, Tianjin Street Food Market, and Youhao Square. It’s only a short taxi ride to popular scenic spots like Xinghai Square and Donggang Harbour. Whether you’re here for sightseeing, shopping, or business trips, getting around the city couldn’t be more convenient. The check-in service was incredibly smooth and professional. The front desk team was warm, polite and efficient when verifying my reservation details. They patiently answered all my questions in advance, especially regarding package storage. I was worried about my delivered parcels before arrival, and the staff clearly explained that all packages with a correct hotel address would be safely placed on the storage shelf in the front desk office, which really put my mind at ease. I booked the Deluxe Twin Room, and the room condition was impeccable. The space is bright, clean and well-maintained, with soft bedding, quiet air conditioning and complete amenities. The washroom is spotless with good hot water supply, and the large windows offer a nice city view. The room sound insulation works great too; I barely heard any noise from the corridor or outside street, so I enjoyed a restful sleep every night after a full day of traveling. Housekeeping service deserves special praise as well. The cleaning team tidied up the room thoroughly every day, replenished toiletries and towels timely, and kept the whole space fresh and tidy throughout my 3-night stay. On top of everything, the overall service attitude of every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive.

My family and I are so completely in love with this hotel. It’s so grand and majestic. The staff were all so polite and kind, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us. We loved our stay here and definitely would return.

The staff were super kind, I had some issues with my credit card but everything worked out in the end! It was super clean, the breakfast was great and because I was traveling alone some of the staff went out with me that night and I had a really great time in the hotel. Would definitely go again. Anytime!

The staff on 20th floor is friendly, attentive, has attention to detail. She made my stay like at home.

Close to the airport, the staff were very helpful and accommodating of my last minute booking due to changed flight times, the room was immaculate and well stocked with tea, coffee and essentials. The 24 hr reception was helpful for my early check out, they spoke English and booked my taxi for me.

The Staff are a very Kind team, you do not need to ask because they do it before. The breakfast section is fantastic and all especially Ms. Anny Too. I do thank all and do wish visit Hotel and them soon.

This hotel is great and I highly recommend to people. I stayed in this hotel for 10 days and I love the hotel's location. This hotel located at minutes walking distance to two big shopping centre where shopping, banking and dinning is so convenient. I love the hotel which provides free washing machine, dryer machine, gym and bottled water and other drinks. The breakfast is full of variety and we enjoyed so much. I also love the hotels beds. I booked a family room. The big bed has so much room for me and my husband.
