This one of the best B&B I've stayed thus far in Yunnan, Lijiang. I seldom write reviews but this hotel was truly a pleasant surprise. Very friendly & helpful host. Good hygiene & clean garden view room. Cosy lounge nicely appointed and comes with a fireplace! Good location, easily accessible to the old town main street while also being close to the fringe so it's easy to get a cab to anywhere in Lijiang. There're even choices of B/F – local Chinese rice-noodles or Western French toast, great to have a change after days of only rice-noodles. Coffee is excellent too. This is truly rare in Lijiang and I absolutely love it.

I got such great service! When I arrived, I was immediately awestruck by the view of Snow Mountain right in front of the hotel – it’s so close The rooms are spacious with excellent layouts, and the common areas are stunning. Both indoor and outdoor lounges are beautifully designed. With great locations in Yuhu Village, a charming old town. Hotel have many activities you can add on and also served an incredible Local Yunnan Dinner.

The hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We had to get up very early in the morning and didn't really expect breakfast even though it's included in the booking. However, the hostess got up even earlier than us and prepared toast, coffee, and egg in the kitchen for everyone. What a lovely way to start our day!

We stayed here for two weeks in July. I always stay in Baisha when I visit Lijiang and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The room was spacious and great for the three of us. My children enjoyed playing and drawing upstairs. Thanks to the owner and staff for a wonderful stay!

Baisha is a fantastic place to live in Lijiang, we can see the snow mountain clearly through the big window, location was great by the side of main road, quiet in the yard at night, we enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is located near the south gate Lijiang old town, about a 15 min walk or short taxi ride. It is situated in a complex of garden style hotels. I include two pictures for a traveler to find it, one is the front door where you can see the pool, garden and coffee shop that does double-duty as reception. In the other picture, a huge red yunnan 云南 sign serves as a useful landmark on Ronghua Road. Ms Fang the manager was very kind and gracious -- she provided us a lot of useful information for hiring taxis and seeing the sights of the old town. The room was comfortable with a central island. Breakfast was simple chinese style with buns and congee. We were able to go to the nearby garden hotel on another day for a bowl of noodle soup. Overall, it was a economical and enjoyable stay. I could see how a family would enjoy of the larger rooms on the property.
