Hotels near Wulingyuan

Great location, close to Wulingyuan town and the east gate of the park; The staffs were incredibly helpful, warmly welcoming us and assisting with every detail. They expertly planned our trip, booking tickets and organizing transfers. Our clean, comfortable room was spacious and well designed. We had a perfect stay !

Room was exactly as photo, very clean, with balcony and cute tea ceremony set. In the beginning of street with shops and food, yet my windows were to the opposite side, very silent. Only sound of the birds.

Girls from reception were wonderful, they helped us with getting tickets to parks and giving directions to closest convenience stores. Thank you to Lin and Gaudy, I enjoyed their hospitality and help.

The staff, especially Lucy at the front desk, were very helpful and accommodating. Room rates were reasonable. The rooms were spacious, as were the balconies. The rooms were clean and housekeeping always did a thorough cleaning whenever we returned. They also replenished the water and toiletries always. Breakfast was fine—not a huge variety, but it works if you’re not picky. Location is convenient , just 5 to 10 min walk to reach wuling road.

Best hotel we've been so far, thanks to the housekeeper in the first place. It was so good that we actually extended our stay there. The rooms are fantastic, stylish and spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. The 24/7 support they provide in WeChat is out of this world. They helped us with planning all the activities and making all the reservations, so that we simply had to enjoy our time in Zhangjiajie National Park. They were kind and supportive, and even ordered us a taxi for free. Traditional breakfast was nice. We will definitely come back. (Side note: be aware of the crowds in the national park! Avoid the peak hours when the tourist buses are coming!)

Absolutely amazing location!! John and the rest of the staff were incredible and always willing to help with any question or concern you might have!! The room was phenomenal! Absolutely worth the money!!

The hotel is conveniently located, a 15-minute walk from the Wulingyuan bus station and a 30-minute walk from the East gate of the Zhangjiajie park. There is a set menu for breakfast which starts at 7 am, with a large variety of foods (buns, toast, noodles, rice, hard-boiled eggs). The staff is incredibly warm and knowledgeable about itinerary planning. We went during the wet season, but thankfully the hotel had umbrellas we could borrow and a shoe dryer (game-changer). Having a bidet was such a privilege!

Everything! This is extremely excellent small hotel! I strongly recommend it. Clean, beds are comfortable, room very very nice, same as on the picture. Views are spectacular. And this small city is so beautiful! The hotel owners are extremely helpful and very friendly people. They helped us plan our visits to the glass bridge and to the national park. This saved us a lot of time and nerves. With their help our tours went very very smoothly and very well organized. They even purchased park tickets for us. Language barrier was absolutely not a problem. We very well communicated via translators. They also met us in the train station and helped to get taxi for our tours. Breakfast was good, very tasty and very filling.

The staff were very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We especially appreciated their help with our laundry, making sure our clothes were washed, dried, and ready to collect.

When I was looking for the hotel, I found it was tucked away in a narrow alley. I worried I might have made a bad booking. The room was a standard twin room at first glance, nothing out of the ordinary. But once I lay down, the pillows were incredibly soft and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept a full nine hours on my first night. Breakfast was included with a good variety of food. The fried rice and small cakes were huge hits with our two kids. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Amazing hotel with very helpful and amazing staff. They helped us with planning our itinerary. Arranging tickets and tour guide. Location is prime with restaurants around the hotel. It’s a short drive from all the attractions and just a walk away from forest park.

The location is good , not far from Zhangjiajie National forest park, 10 minutes by DIDI. service was amazing. The room was quite large and very clean and tidy with good view .The kindness of the staffs, helped me to arrange pick up service, advice us how to visit the park , Also the shuttle to the national park. Would stay there again.
