Really good value for money. Helpful and friendly staff. They even found a hose for me to clean my bicycle with when I arrived covered in mud.
Excellent food in the restaurant and I still can't quite believe how little it cost.

Pisek is known as "Little Prague."
Pisek is known as "Little Prague." It is a lovely, historic town on the Otava River with great restaurants and cafes, a stone bridge that is older than Charles Bridge in Prague, an interesting city museum, and easy access to numerous hiking and bicycling trails. Great castles (e.g. Orlik, Zvikov) are nearby. It was liberated by the US 3rd Army at the end of WWII. Well worth a visit!

I loved everything.
I loved everything. Everything was very convenient to my stay. It had a nice hometown feeling.
My favorite spots were the shops.
The Greek and Pizza restaurants were very good. The rest of the time was spent in the homes of family.
There is a very nice museum..the old castle that is very interesting and excellent, giving a good background of the beginnings of Pisek and surrounding area.
If you have a car, visiting the small villages is a very good choice.
Being a solo traveler did not make me feel uneasy in Pisek. It is a great village to just wander around and get some walking in!

A small but sufficient place for staying in Pisek for a weekend visit when visiting the city. Just off the square with access to a parking garage opposite the apartment. Very clean, fridge and microwave available. Would stay here again if had to stay in Pisek.
Location wise and value for money is great, have aircon, easy access , in the city center with a nice view , beside church have fresh market in morning, people are friendly and accommodating 😉😉😉😍
