Very clean, a good amount of toilet paper was provided. The staff was extremely nice although not everyone could speak English that well. The communication still worked really well.

Lovely pool and sauna area. Very friendly staff who accommodated every wish. For example making a breakfast package because we had to leave before the buffet opened

The appartment was very clean, the location is excellent and Peter the host was great.
Pisek is known as "Little Prague." It is a lovely, historic town on the Otava River with great restaurants and cafes, a stone bridge that is older than Charles Bridge in Prague, an interesting city museum, and easy access to numerous hiking and bicycling trails. Great castles (e.g. Orlik, Zvikov) are nearby. It was liberated by the US 3rd Army at the end of WWII. Well worth a visit!

I loved everything.
I loved everything. Everything was very convenient to my stay. It had a nice hometown feeling.
My favorite spots were the shops.
The Greek and Pizza restaurants were very good. The rest of the time was spent in the homes of family.
There is a very nice museum..the old castle that is very interesting and excellent, giving a good background of the beginnings of Pisek and surrounding area.
If you have a car, visiting the small villages is a very good choice.
Being a solo traveler did not make me feel uneasy in Pisek. It is a great village to just wander around and get some walking in!

Nice small town with an old city center.
Nice small town with an old city center. It also has the oldest bridge of the country, even older than Charle's Bridge in Prague! Riverside walks are nice as are the people. You'll find a few restaurants and bars, but those are limited due to the size of the town. Nice woods in the hills. Overall good for a stopover and some relaxation.
This is one of our favorite hotels anywhere. We have stayed there in the past and have had friends stay there as well, and the experience is always excellent. Located at the edge of the forest with hiking trails and only a few minutes walk into town center, the location is perfect. Breakfasts are great, including made to order eggs.
The hotel is lovely decorated, the staff are incredibly nice and the restaurant had delicious food. We were staying over the weekend with a baby and they had nice quality cot and high chairs in the restaurant.
Perfect location in the centre. Friendly host speaks English. Spacious and comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Especially when travelling with a family or partner good value for it's money.
The location is great. Beautiful walk to the historical part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good selection of items. And tasty coffee
