We found the Don Giovanni to be first rate. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the breakfasts memorable (eliminating the need to stop for lunch!) and the room perfectly appointed. We dined twice in the cafe and want to complement staff members Maria and Simon, whose service was prompt and efficient. They are both charming young people. Not surprising -- the food as excellent and the portions just right. I find that restaurants often serve clients much too much. One small observation: perhaps the music in the lift could be changed more frequently. It was Mozart's clarinet concerto for three days running. A splendid piece to be sure but there are others to choose as well.
