The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good, nothing was missing. All in all a very pleasant stay in this hotel.

BelgiumCheck in after 6 pm so we obtained a code, all worked fine, the room was very nice, with additional lounge area, location great - just outside the Old Town so you can easily walk there but don't have to enter it with your car. The parking space comfortable and included in the rate - perfect! Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our short stay!

Beautiful historical town, very little spoiled by the former...
Beautiful historical town, very little spoiled by the former regime. Lovely walks through the colourful streets. Next time will reserve more time for museums, especially the Sorbian Museum. Everything is within a walking distance.
Excellent Sorbian restaurant Wjelbik, make sure to book in advance, otherwise there is very little chance of getting any place.
Be aware that LGBTQ+ people and other minorities might not necessarily feel comfortable, you notice a strong presence of far-right appearing young males (definitely was true during Christmas market).

Bautzen is a very attractive place with plenty of shopping...
Bautzen is a very attractive place with plenty of shopping facilities. The town itself could improve its historic appeal by pointing out more of its historic sights.
The self guided walk ist just excellent.
The town has a great advantage being so relatively small that it can be visited in a short period of time.

Beautiful spacious accommodation in center of charming Bautzen. We loved the interior, the location, the nice little personal touches ( toothbrush & shampoo in bathroom, earplugs on pillow), the well appointed kitchen, the nice Nespresso koffie. A wonderful place for a family to spend a week or weeekend. The communication with the host was perfect, keys / entry easy. Only think to take into account: 3D floor without elevator and no real view. But this gem is worth a stay! Thank you

Door code was given a couple of days before arrival. Wonderful apartment! Could cook whenever we wanted. All essentials were provided. Bed was very comfortable. Could walk to indoor shopping and groceries so location was great. Very quiet at night as well. Host assisted in getting a dinner reservation and allowed us to stay a little later in day due to time of our train. If back in Bautzen will definitely stay here again!!

Great location right in the center of the old town. The hotel is located in a charming old townhouse. The interior is also charming and old-fashioned, while offering modern comforts. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice location of the hotel, right by the river (Spree) with a view of the old town. The rooms are clean and easily accessible via a staircase.
