Very beautiful apartment with really nice furniture and a lot of amenities and also very clean! The location was great and we were really happy we had free parking. We were provided a lot of information about the apartment even before arriving via messages through the chat of the booking app. The host was really nice and also very helpful.

Do not be deterred by the unlikely location above a kitchen appliances showroom on the edge of a business park. This is a brand new hotel (Spring 2023) built and operated by the family who own the showroom. We booked only an hour before arrival on a Sunday night en route to Eurotunnel and had a little trouble locating the hotel due to lack of signage. But once we had found it, our expectations were continually exceeded. Extremely friendly owner who gave us a free upgrade. Surprising restaurant serving tasty Flankuchen which were also made locally and local beer on tap. The room was spacious with a balcony with a view to the mountains. Modern fittings and air con. We needed to leave before breakfast service so they brought a coffee machine to our room and left us a packed lunch in the morning.

We stayed two nights. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is quite nice as well. The breakfast is good and very generous, they serve it to your table. The owner also has a Greek restaurant in the hotel, we were there for two dinner and extremely delicious food there, also enjoyed drinks in the beer garden. Overall a super nice family hotel with very kind and pleasant owner and staff.

We were greeted with a warm reception. The room was very large and spacious and there was a fridge but no kettle, coffee or tea. They provided two large bottles of sparkling water for free which was greatly appreciated after a day of cycling. We were are the first floor at the back so we were not bothered by any road noise that you may experience with a room at the front. Make sure you are aware that there is nobody on reception after 6pm. They make it quite clear. There are key boxes for late arrivals and if you go out in the evening make sure you take your key.

If you want to see the real village in the Palatinate, then Bellheim is worth a visit. Bellheim is relatively cheaper that the other places in the palatinate because it's not a sightseeing town. Besides it is very close to all the sightseeing places in the Palatinate.
