The location is less than a 10-15 minute walk from Besigheim Main Station or can be accessed via the bus. There are enough supermarkets and restaurants for people to have lunch or dinner. The host, home, and the classic-cum-modern outlook of this property are amazing. Friendly and elegant neighborhood. Romantic spot and also has a kitchen for cooking and has small balcony.

Besigheim is a very attractive, ancient, fortified hill town...
Besigheim is a very attractive, ancient, fortified hill town situated on a ridge between two rivers (Necker and Enz). Two of the original guard towers and one of the gates survives. There are many half timbered buildings and many rendered buildings are half-timbered underneath The small market square has a very attractive Town Hall and fountain. At either end of the main street, up the ridge, are two halls for social events. The old church at the top of the ridge has a plain interior but a most elaborate carved wooden reredos. Vinyards cling to precipitous slopes all around the town.

We stayed in a huge, modern two-story apartment with full kitchen, living room and mezzanine bedroom. The hotel itself is a stunning old building right in Besigheim's old town. We enjoyed people-watching with beers and flammkuchen on the terrace, and then an good breakfast in yet another old building next door. Everything was sparkling clean and the bathroom had a huge walk in double-shower. We were very sad to have not been able to extend our stay, as one night was not enough.

The house owners accepted my earlier arrival and I could get into the room earlier after very long day. This is the place, where you find all what you need for your stay:room with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, public car park located opposite and railway/bus station nearby. Top stay ++++, I will probably come back next time, when I will visit Besigheim.
