Great property in a good position to the town

Excellent location, clean and great breakfast !

I arrived quite late and they were very ready to accommodate this. The breakfast was a traditional German breakfast with very fresh bread rolls, and most importantly, real coffee (which is becoming much less common with the proliferation of self-service coffee machines at hotels. The bar and restaurant are clearly used by locals. which is a good sign. (Staff and customers most friendly, though I had some slight communication difficulties following the local BW accent.

The property was within easy walking distance of town centre in a very quiet area. The staff were polite helpful and courteous and able to answer any questions posed to them. The room I had was at front of hotel facing onto the street and although I forgot to close the window on first night and was able to hear people out at front door no such problems for remainder of my stay. The room itself was more than I’d hoped for and very spacious with more than ample room for clothes storage. The bathroom was an more than ideal size for a single person and fresh towels everyday, the shower was clean and easy to use . The breakfast area was large and plenty of seating , the choices were plentiful and simple more than enough choices for most people . There was a cooler which provided cold drinks in reception area

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to friends and family. The town of Esslingen is a lovely place to visit, and the hotel is very well situated to both the old town and the railway station.

Never in my life had so wonderful experience in a hotel! So big building and it was so calm and clear, felt I was at home! The personal very helpfull and especially Ioanna, so profesional and friendly in meantime. Our staying at this hotel was the best part of our trip. We wished we had more days there. Thank you Ioanna and everyone, be sure that we are going to visit you again in future!

Travelling here for a birthday it was perfectly located for me. I came by bike and the hotel is well equipped for this situation with a separate free garage for bikes including a charging station should you arrive on an electrical bike. The room was clean and quiet, despite the proximity to Stuttgart airport. What is there not to like?

Fantastic customer service. We were running late for the 19:00 check in, emailed them asking if we could be 20 min late and when we arrived they were ready for us and we could go straight to our room. Great value for money. The hotel is a bit dated BUT they definitely look after it as it was all in pristine condition. Felt very comfortable and welcome there.

A beautiful guest house with comfortable beds and a excellent bathroom facilities. Exactly what we needed.
