Clean, good breakfast and dinner. Great saunas and sweet family. The views from our hotel room were like a fairy tale. We want to day thanks to the grandma at the Service for helping us out. She was very sweet and we won’t forget her.

Exellent location, very good breakfast, cosy room, helful host in a beautifully decorated hotel. We would definitely recommend it.

Very good hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful view from the balcony, clean and spacious bathroom, fully equiped with everything you need. Kind, helpful staff and very good breakfast.

it was super clean and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous and the host, she is very nice and attentive.

The host was very accommodating to make sure we had a good breakfast (e.g. had boiled eggs when asked), plenty to eat and sufficient choice. The location is very good for visiting the nearby castle and pretty village. Ideal for short breaks.

One of the most important things for us is cleanliness. The hotel was truly very clean. The staff were friendly, smiling, and very kind. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see some of them when we were leaving, but I would like to thank them as well. We also really liked the location.

Location It was a short walk to the river beautiful scenery

breakfast great location great

Peaceful mountain climate. The owner is very nice. I came with a dog which was accepted everywhere

A beautiful location and wonderful accommodation

Great breakfast buffet and a great evening menu and fantastic local wine

The rooms are clean, beds are good! The bathroom has a good shower ,its a bit small but its fine. They serve breakfast and dinner buffet which are good! The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we left, they gave us a bottle of Mosel wine. By car its 7 km away from Cochem, where you have shops, restaurants, castle and beautiful nature. I really recommend this hotel.

What a lovely hotel! The staff were great, as was the food. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, they had everything you could wish for, including a little machine that makes pancakes? The location was also great, very pretty and quiet and you could walk straight into the woods. There’s a nice castle within a 30 minute walk. Rooms were very large with a little seat, coffee machine and fridge. It was clean and comfortable enough. Only issue we had was that the trash can in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests, which we didn’t love, but everything else was clean! All in all a really good stay, great value for money and we would come again

Friendly staff great value for money

Lovely, boutique hotel in a peaceful village near the characterful town of Cochem. Attentive and efficient host.superb breakfast and very clean and comfortable rooms. Makes a great base to explore the surrounding Mosel and Rhineland-Palatinate area.

The Hotel is perfectly located, right on the bank of Mosel. It's great for swimming and for cycling, there is a wonderful promenade along the river which goes for miles. The Hotel offers a great very diverse breakfast which is really exceptional. The restaurant is high class, both the menu and the service. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and efficient, always ready to help. We were staying with a dog and he was very welcome 🤗. I strongly recommend Hotel Restaurant Pollmanns and we will definitely come again.

Clean, comfortable & quiet! Great stop in a quiet town for the night.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, super zuvorkommende und liebe Inhaber, alles sehr sauber und wirklich sehr leckeres, durchdachtes und regionales Essen.
