Great Hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, awesome shower and cute wallpaper on the bunk beds. The TV rotated to face the sofa or the bed. We loved the access to the wellness centre and seeing the penguins. Free parking.

Everything was perfect and way above our expectations. The historic buildings are wonderfully renovated, the room we got (standard) was spacious, nicely decorated, calm and facing the water. The location (in the center but a few meters away from the touristic areas) is absolutely perfect. The breakfast is really good and the restaurant (try to book in advance) is the best in the region. Above all, at all time, the staff was both professional and friendly (rare). We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and we will definitely come back - thanks a lot for everything !

One of my favourite stop off’s on a road trip from Poland to UK. Indoor and outdoor pool were both set to magnificent standards, as was the buffet for dinner and breakfast. Thank you to all of the kind staff for taking care of us, we will be back again for longer than a night

Check-in was until 18, but I couldn't arrive until 21. However, the hotel staff kindly waited for me and gave a very warm welcome. Key Highlights: - Free parking was a huge advantage. - Breakfast was excellent. - The farewell gift at the end was very touching. - The room was clean and had a good coffee machine. Overall, everything was great, especially the staff's very polite and warm demeanor.
