Fantastic Bar and restaurant staff 10/10

Super room , clean and affordabale

What an amazing hotel 🥰 Staff is very friendly, especially Mr Thorsten Wulfes (I hope I have the right name, this is the name on my invoice) who was kind, helpful and supportive. The hotel is very beautiful decorated in the reception and other areas, room was cosy with a very comfortable armchair and the swimming pool is fab and I paid happily 5 Euros to use it. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is in a nice and quiet location a bit away from the city with a perfect bus connection.

Bed was big and comfortable, i was able to open the window which is not everywhere possible, outside was quiet, room was modern and had everything I needed incl hairdryer

Everything was perfect. Very helpful host who looked after all our needs. Large room with comfortable beds and little extras like haribo sweets, peanuts and tissues. The evening meal was delicious. All in all first rate. Highly recommended

Location from Mainz Centre (25mins by walk), underground parking with electrical charging (at own cost), lovely breakfast, humble staff, cosy rooms.

We are on a cycling trip up the Rhine river starting in Amsterdam and have already stayed in lots of terrific hotels on the way but this is the best by far. It is a little more expensive than the others but so worth it , a family run business with immaculate service and hospitality, a relaxing but serviced front terrace to enjoy a drink overlooking the Rhine, , a great quality restaurant with perfect food and wines, bike storage facilities and breakfast choices cyclists can only dream of. Pay the extra 25€ and get a room overlooking the nearby Rhine , contemplate the universe while watching the mighty river flow.

A great hotel with excellent service and comfy rooms.

Lovely hotel, modern and stylish design just like in the pictures. Large, beautiful and clean rooms. Very convenient underground parking. The hotel is in a beautiful town with a promenade on the Moselle and a beautiful center full of restaurants and a historical site. Rich, delicious and fresh breakfast, excellent coffee. Italian restaurant in the hotel for dinner. Excellent service and excellent Italian food. We really enjoyed it.

If I could live here, I would. Gorgeous hotel with tons of attention to details. From the interior design to the glassware, it seemed nothing was overlooked. Amazing, friendly staff. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, as was the bathroom. Great in-room amenities- natural products, robes, complimentary mini bar, comfy, fluffy bed…. Lovely in-room local dining options with an overnight menu. It was on the pricier side, but we felt like staying in. It was beautifully presented. One of the better/best hotels I have stayed in in recent memory We fly to Frankfurt often, and the train to Maiz is not too far…. Maybe seeing us again soon if we are lucky!

Stylish bedroom, super cool lobby bar/coffee shop and amazing gym and sauna. This is a great spot in Mainz!

Great price/quality. Perfect for a one night stay. We didn't get breakfast so I can't comment on that, but the room was comfy and clean. The location is very convenient, you can easily walk to the centre or the station. The staff was very nice as well.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff that even prepare breakfast based on allergies, outstanding service !!!

Good hotel for a rest during a journey close to the highway. Clan and with an ok brekfast. Comfy beds and quitet, all that is needed during "pit stop" while driving long distance.

Everything was great. Rooms was big, clean and comfortable. There was no problem with parking.

A beautiful and functional stay, and a place where you can have what you need…

I managed to hit a holiday weekend and I was in fact the only resident in the hotel for my two nights where I was very well looked after. The hotel car park is exceptional and bizarrely the state of Hessen does not allow free car parking at hotels so there is a charge of one euro a night - well worth it! While the car was comfortable in the car park, so was its owner in the hotel. It cannot be easy putting on a breakfast buffet for a sole resident but I was very pleased with what was on offer. I also appreciated the advice I got about leaving the car where it was and taking the train into Mainz. I would have asked but I did not need to and I really appreciated what I was told - go one stop! I would otherwise have gone further but the advice was spot on and the station is diagonally across the road from the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book here again.
