Coming back to Norway it was a great overnight stop and met all our needs :)

Good quality facilities, very clean, excellent breakfast and super friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations based on previous experience with Hamburg hotels. Close to autobahns.

It's a good location for those who want to be close to the observatory. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing about the facility.

Excellent and varied breakfast. The room was spacious and very pleasant. The parking was private and covered.

I am thankful for this hotel. Gut feeling is hier , but I am must go with my son for new way

This small, cozy hotel in the center of Bergedorf is ideally located, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel itself is cozy and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was not particularly big, but the double bed was spacious and the room was quiet. A great find!

Really incredible staff here. I lost my phone in an Uber and the girl behind reception desk was incredible. She was googling how to contact uber, allowing me to contact my family in the UK to get help. She even messaged from her private phone when the hotel phone could not make a call. It was above and beyond and she is a credit to the hotel. Also the smell of the hotel is incredible. I've asked many times what it is, but nobody is sure. If I could purchase a bottle of the airfreshener or room spray they use, i would in a heartbeat!

The Vienna House Easy in Bergedorf is perfectly located just a short walk from the Bergedorf train station, making it easy to explore Hamburg. The highlight of my stay, though, was the beautiful view of the river. It’s so relaxing to wake up and look out over the water, and there’s a nice peaceful vibe in the area. The rooms are modern and comfy, and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a quiet, scenic spot with great transport links, this hotel is a great choice!

I had one overnight stay on my way from Regensburg to Kiel, and this hotel was perfectly located for a short drive the next day. Spacious room, great beds and a good size bathroom. I enjoyed an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Very generous parking outside the hotel.

Exceptional friendly crew! It's an old house but with a lot of charm and very well maintained including power outlets as needed and other thoughtful touches. Breakfast is not cheap but of excellent quality.

The location, the amenities, the friendliness of the Staff

Location was right next to a nearby wedding we were attending. Hotel was perfect for this purpose.

Great connectivity and smooth check in

The hotel is so comfortable, clean and in a very quiet place. The furniture was luxury and I like it so much. The kitchen was prepared for most what we need. I liked when we arrived, the room was prepared with one extra bed, because we were a family of six persons. The toilet towels and the bed linen was so cleaned and have a nice smell. The sofa bed was comfortable even the below. I really recommend Hotel A24 bei. The parkering was always available and it is free.

The hotel was very clean. Room comfortable, nice hot shower. There was a bottle of water in the room with a couple of tumblers. Breakfast was the best we have had in hotels. Nicely set out; warm rolls, meats and cheeses, various accompaniments. There was a fruit tea available as well as green tea and coffee. Staff were very nice and polite.

Lovely building and large rooms which are very clean.very efficient friendly staff.
