The castle is marvelous and the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend dinner in the restaurant, the food is incredible. There were even red squirrels to be seen climbing around the trees and castle walls.

I liked being able to buy fresh buns delivered for breakfast. The bedroom and kitchen gave a nice homey feel. It is rustic and modern at the same time.

Great guesthouse. The room was large, clean and with modern facilities. Great shower. The staff were really friendly and the food was great, as well as breakfast every day, we had an evening meal one night.

We loved the quiet, beautiful location in the countryside and just by a castle, yet appreciated having easy highway access since we were en route. The whole place is quaint and simple but very clean and practical. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. We stayed in a family room which was huge! Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast simple but filling. We loved their restaurant - serving homemade meals inspired by local cuisine. Delish! Fantastic price to performance ratio in all terms!

The bed was super comfortable! The small apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. We also cooked dinner a few days and the kitchen was very well equipped for that. Our dog could stay with us as well, which was one of the main reasons for booking. Fantastic location, we visited a different medieval town every day and saw a lot.
