The breakfast was excellent and more than one would have expected. The evening meal was also good. The hotel was a villa built in the mid 1800s and has real character. It was very clean and well appointed.

Always very clean, quiet place, beautiful rooms and good breakfast. Late arrival very well organised and also the contact and reply via mail and booking app goes fast, is easy and reliable. I’m a very happy guest!

The hotel is very well located. Right in the center of the city. They provide free parking spot and the receptionist was very kind to wait for me a few minutes, because the reception closes at 21. Honest price and good value for money

An unexpected gem on my way home through a German snowstorm and very bad traffic. At six p.m. I still had 700 km to go and I thought let's be smart for once and book a night over in three hours driving. A quick glance at Booking.com and this one popped up. Another motel like thingy, I thought. But nothing of the sort. Spacious room. Spacious bathroom. Very good bed. Very well decorated and equipped room. A brush for once's suit. Blow dryer. Comfortable furniture in Danish style. A window that opens. Quiet. Spacious hallway. A very good Otis lift. A large and modern lobby. 24 hour staff. A very spacious parking garage which my new car liked a lot. Same elevator from the garage. And last but not least: an excellent breakfast. Fresh fruit, warm bread, English, American, Italian, freshly baked cakes and good, good coffee. As much as you want. All you want. Clean. Cosy modern. Hard working staff. How do they make any money?? I cannot grasp it. Cannot figure it out. But it works. Very well. Very good. Suddenly, last night, through the hail, the snow, the blizzard, a very welcoming inn appeared. I'm sorry to leave

Room was large and well appointed. Bathroom was huge with an amazing tub. Breakfast provided a wide variety of options. Staff were truly attentive and very accommodating. The in house restaurant, La Strada, has an extensive Italian menu. All the options we had were well prepared, ample servings.

The location is just in front of the train station so very convenient. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room had all the facilities and was very clean, it was well heated, very spacious bathroom and balcony. I would stay again if I visit Balduinstein again.

Super hotel. Nice big room and comfortable big bed, very clean. Nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay and breakfast the next morning was to standard.

We really enjoyed our stay! The guesthouse is extremely clean, comfortable, cozy and well located. The breakfast was very good and nicely prepared. Mrs. Rosemarie, who welcomed us, was wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything easier. We definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
