Location and the breakfast were very good! Staf were friendly and helpful. The room was also good. Comfortable bed and big bathroom.

Room had a cool air fan which we really appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and well presented - you choose your selection the night before from a menu and it is then served to you on a tray. We found this more appetising than the usual hotel buffet and must cut down a lot on waste food.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a wonderful variety of items hot and cold. The location is perfect and the room was exceptionally clean..

In a prime location beside The Rhein with its castles and famous Loreley. Buses trains and boats all within a couple of minutes walk. My room was clean and comfortable, breakfasts varied and plentiful. I ate there most evenings and every meal was excellent. Without exception staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Large, comfortable room. Nice view over the valley towards a castle (although the Rhine itself is not visible). Attentive hosts. Garage for charging electric bicycles. The restaurant is first-class. The Goswin Lambrich 2019 Cuveé Gowin Trocken red wine was delicious.

Lovely Hotel, friendly helpful staff, Great location 2 minutes walk to the train station. Hotel situated on the Rhine. Plenty of choice for breakfast and plenty of it. Choice of eggs and bacon every morning. We ate in the Restaurant most nights, food was cooked to perfection. Room was large and comfortable. Good parking in front of Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay will visit again.

Excellent location, cozy interior, nice view of the castle from the cheapest room in the hotel, very nice and hospitable owners and staff. Breakfast was very nice as well, various, but without hot dishes (which is absolutely fine and expected for this category of hotel). Very good cappuccino was also included.

The staff went above and beyond! They not only spoke English fluently, but they even patiently translated the entire menu for me. Their genuine helpfulness made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. And speaking of enjoyable, the restaurant itself was like a 5-star dream. They boasted an extensive wine list, making it hard to choose just one!

Booked this place for my family and I during a tour aroynd Rhein. I saw people complaining about stupid things in their reviews but booked it. They couldnt host us in this hotel so they moved us to their 'brother'hotel 300 meters far from there.. Everything was sparkling clean the personel accomodating, a nice view of the river and a perfect breakfast.. I get so angry when people book hotels that cost 1/3 of the expensive hotels but then they have the audacity to judge them with 5 star hotels standards.. BOOK this place without any second thoughts! Its perfect value for money and dont read the reviews of the people who always complain!
